Harvey Segal's Stop Those Clickbank Refunds

Just finished reading Harvey Segal's new ebook on ways to stop or reduce Clickbank refunds. Clickbank merchants generally experience a higher refund rate that merchants running their own affiliate program... all things being equal. Harvey gives lots of things that merchants and affiliates can do to reduce these refunds. Many of these things would also work great with non-Clickbank products ;-)


If Clickbank get a refund request the honor it right away because they don't want their merchant account rating impacted. If a merchant gets too many refund requests his Clickbank account may be closed. That's why the things Harvey covers matter so much to merchants dependant upon their Clickbank account.
