Secrets of 7 Figure Online Earners

I've spent a lot of time thinking about (and researching)
the differences. I've actually interviewed (via phone or
in person) over 40 of the top online marketers, seeking

Just in the month of February 2007, I attended FOUR
live seminars.

- I was at one sponsored by my friend Rich Schefren the
weekend of February 9th.

- The following weekend, I managed to attend JV Alert Live
Orlando, and StomperNet. They were both in the same hotel.

- The next weekend, I attended Mike Filsaime's
"2007Figures Business Workshop on Long Island, New York.

I actually heard Rich Schefren and Mike Filsaime speak for
three consecutive weekends back to back :-)

I've recently developed a lot of respect for those two men
because I've seen proof of what they've accomplished and how
they did it. They shared how they actually run their
businesses in on-stage presentations.

Much of what was shared in those presentations, I can't
share in this ezine due to nondisclosure agreements or
other restrictions. However, I can share with you some
insights I picked up from interviews with them.

I actually interviewed Rich, Mike, Jeff Johnson, Paul
Myers, Marlon Sanders, Yanik Silver, Stephen Pierce,
and dozens of others. I spent well over 100 hours asking
them some really touch questions... because I wanted to
confirm the secrets to their massive online success.

I also spent countless hours just sitting around hotel
lobbies talking with people like Jeff Walker and "Mr. X"
... just casually picking their brains.

I think that I've uncovered the keys and have distilled it
all down to something that the average Internet marketer
can understand. That distillation will be a product called
"Internet Marketing PhD, and I will make it available to you
soon. We're putting the final touches on it, and running slightly
behind.

I will share with you two insights from my recent
interviews and hallway discussions....

1) The easiest way that I've seen to earn six or seven
figures online is by controlling traffic.

The top "controllers" of traffic online in the US are
Yahoo, Google, MySpace, MSN, Ebay, YouTube and TheFacebook.
They are powerhouses because they control an asset probably
more valuable than "the list."

I've had recent conversations with a friend who earn six
figures EVERY month. All he does is redirect traffic. He
stands in front of this traffic (much of it from pay per
clicks) and redirects it. Much of what he does is
take pay per click traffic, and using a very simple system
that he showed me, he redirects it to cost-per-action
(CPA) "affiliate programs."

Get this.... he's earned five-figure monthly incomes from
ONE CPL lead offer paying less than $1 per lead. I'll
tell you more about what' he's doing in a future issue.
I just want to confirm with him what details it's ok to
share with you.

2) The second insight is that you do need to diversify
and when you start making the good money you need to
invest it properly.

One of the best investments that I've seen pays up to
FIFTY PERCENT interest. It's investing in government
secured tax liens.

If you're not familiar with tax liens... in the U.S., many
local services are paid for by property taxes. When a
person is late paying those taxes, the taxing authority
fines them 15-50% of the overdue taxes. Since the taxing
authority needs the money NOW to fund services such as
police and fire protection, while they are waiting for
the taxpayer to pay his delinquent taxes they sell the
certificate for the late taxes.

Savvy investors by these tax lien certificates. They
provide the money that the local governmental agency
needs to keep operating, and when the tax payer pays
their overdue taxes, the investor gets his money back
PLUS the fines. The beauty of the system is that a
person could pay their overdue taxes, plus the fines, a
DAY after the investor purchases the tax lien certificate
and the investor still gets the guaranteed percentage.

In the fairly rare cases where the property owner never
pays the taxes, the investor gets the property for
pennies on the dollar.

This is only one of many investments that some of the
smartest Internet marketers that I know invest in. I
was personally so fascinated with this investment and
its potential that I started marketing a course on

One of my acquaintances... worth 9 figures, generated
much of his net worth with tax lien certificates.

I'll let you in on a secret though... since you've read
