Which Is Better, Building A Large List Or Generating LOTS of Targeted Traffic?

I just wanted to tell you about my friend, Jimmy D. Brown's answer to that question.

jimmy-d-brown.jpg
Jimmy D. Brown

If you could choose between these two, which would you
most like to have beginning today...

* A huge list of hungry subscribers, or
* A flood of eager beaver visitors to your site?

Tough decision, huh?

After all, both are VERY important when it comes to
the success of your Internet business. It's hard
to imagine making it big without either of them.

So, which would you choose to have starting now?

What if you could have BOTH?!

Jimmy D. Brown has just released a set of videos
teaching you exactly how to grow and profit from
opt-in lists and web site traffic.

The shocking part is this: he's basically giving
them away for only $10.00.

(No, that's not a typo - and it's not a "down
payment" either ... the videos are only ten bucks!)

He hasn't told me for certain, but I'm guessing
that he'll probably limit the number of memberships
on this offer like he did for Nicheology.

Nicheology sold out in about 3 days, so don't take
any chances. Drop what you're doing and download
these videos to SEE how you can build large mailing
lists and drive visitors to your web site.

http://www.ListAndTraffic.com

I've gone throught these videos TWICE, taking notes.
If you look closely at some of my sites, you'll even
see where I've implemented some of Jimmy's ideas.

P.S. In case you're wondering, Jimmy's content
is "cutting edge" stuff. It isn't rehashed like
most of the junk you see these days. The videos
are fresh, original ideas for building huge lists
and driving a flood of traffic to your site that
you simply won't find anywhere else.

Jimmy really knows his stuff. I'm expecting to pick
his brain the next time that I see him... which should
be at Jack Humphrey's seminar in New Orleans. This
should be a lot of fun too :-)

Recent Search Shakeup At Yahoo!

Yahoo recently shook up things in it's database. You can keep up with what's going on in the Yahoo search engine at their blog:
http://www.ysearchblog.com

This is from their site:

Third Weather Report: Yahoo! Launched New Search Index Last Night
We made changes to the index last night so you should be seeing more of your pages in the index as well as some fluctuations in the rankings of results from previous searches. The changes will be a little more intense than the second weather report and changes will continue over the next week or two.

DON'T Miss This Seminar In New Orleans, I'll Be Looking For YOU There!

My friends Jack Humphrey is hosting a seminar in New Orleans that I encourage you to attend ABOVE ALL OTHERS. The reason I say that is because the Internet is all about information... content. Jack's seminar will feature people making $80,000... even $100,000 A MONTH in niche markets that most Internet marketers never think of.

These guys build sites that make this kind of money from Google AdSense, lead generation of selling products... among other things. They'll tell you how.

I'm not speaking at this event because I'll be in a learning mode... I'll be taking notes, cornering people in the hallways or over dinner and picking their brains! I was offered a chance to speak and I turned it down because this is not my real area of expertise. I'm good at it, but some of these guys are my HEROS.

I'd rather focus on learning than speaking :-)

If you really want to know how to make big money from niche websites, then you need to be at this event. My wife and I will be there... learning.

Go ahead and sign up now and then make your hotel reservations. The rates at the hotel go up soon!

I'll see you there!

Willie

Oh, and book your flights and rental car here. You'll find
the lowest rates ;-)

Have you had your "Spark" today?

Here's a nice article by Michael Worthing that shows people really
do benefit from the stuff that I teach AND the importance of
ACTING UPON what is passed along to you...

Have you had your "Spark" today?

____________________________________________

Have you ever tried so hard to figure something out
and no matter how much you study, and think, the
solution just refused to come?

Maybe you've spent days, or months, or even years
trying to come up with the answer to a question
without success.

Then, one day, without warning, you read a statement
by somebody, or hear a word that "sparks" your mind
and gives you the answer you've been looking for
all this time.

I've experienced this on several occasions but the
most significant breakthrough I want to relate to you
is when I finally began to "get" this thing called
internet marketing.

I have read everything I can get my hands on about
marketing by everyone in the business it seems.

For over two years I beat my head against the wall
trying to learn how to make sales and build a list.

It was a chance comment by Willie Crawford on one
of his Saturday Morning Brainstorming and Networking
Calls that finally put everything in perspective
and gave me the jump start I needed to finally get
everything going.

Willie mentioned using a service called "Ask Database"
to survey people to find out what they are most
interested in. Then he just finds the product or
creates it and sells it to them.

Bells rang in my head and the light bulb finally lit
up!

I signed up for the 21 day trial of Ask Database for
$1 and posted a survey on the "Warrior's" forum and
Anthony Blake's forum asking people what's their
number one most burning question about resale rights
products.

After I had collected around 200 responses, I took the
top ten questions and answered them in a report that I
called "Resale Rights Answers".

I bought the domain "ResaleRightsAnswers.com and
threw up a one page sales site and posted the report
on the "Warrior's" forum as a "Warrior's Special Offer"
at a reduced price without any bonuses.

I just wanted to see if it would sell.

Jackpot!!

I made 29 sales over the three days I ran the special!

That may not sound like a lot, but consider I have been
fighting this business for over 2 years and have only
made a few sales of affiliate products up to this point.

This was "My Product"! Something I had created! I was
in hog heaven!

Well, I had another problem now.

With no list, and no reputation, hence no JV partners, I
didn't have the means to properly promote this product.

So, I turned to the Warriors again.

This time I offered Private Label Rights to the report
for a significantly higher price.

More success! This time the report was bought by some
pretty heavy hitters in the marketing field. A couple
of them even put my name in their finished product as
a contributing author.

This has put me on the marketing "map", as it were,
and now when I come out with a new product, I have
a group of people that want to know immediately.

I'm still not a millionaire by any means, but I have my
start, and if the Lord lets me live, I will be a
millionaire one day.

All because of a chance comment that struck a "spark"
that set off a chain of events that has allowed me to
market several of my own original products since then.

No matter how long you have been trying to learn
marketing,and no matter how many setbacks you have
encountered, don't give up!

Take every opportunity to mingle with and talk to
successful people because you never know when you'll
catch that "Spark" that will ignite your own creative
process and put you on the road to success!

It only takes a "spark" to light a fire that will burn for
years! Always be on the lookout for yours.

A Free Trial Copy Of The IMC Course

I just wanted to pass along the details of a special offer
the Internet Marketing Center is currently running. It's a
product I have and recommend. Here are the details...

I'm handing out trial copies of the "Accelerated Internet
Wealth Videoseries", and I'd like you to have one!

Let me explain...

I'm thinking of offering this set of wealth-building
videos -- where Derek Gehl and his team reveal *exactly* how
they grew $25 into $40 Million in online sales -- to all of
my customers...

... but first I want to make sure that other people can
duplicate the incredible results I got with my *own* online
business from watching them!

So here's what will happen:

1. You'll receive -- by courier -- a package containing 9 DVDs
or video tapes that lay out *in detail* the exact strategies
they've been using to earn $40,000,000 online.

2. Spend 30 days watching these live demos of their most
successful test results and case studies, and profiting
from as many of the hundreds of wealth-building strategies
as you can.

At the end of 30 days, you choose...

If you're convinced that you'll be able to make hundreds of
times more money than your competitors by using this
information, you can keep the videos!

Otherwise, just send them back.

These are the techniques Derek and his team have been using
to make $20,821 a DAY online, and they've NEVER shared them
publicly before!

You'll discover how to guarantee all your e-mail gets delivered
(and not accidentally deleted as spam)... how anyone can turn
an idea into a profitable web site with almost no up-front
cash in less than a month... how they made $2,031,959 last
year using just ONE "forgotten" marketing technique... and
much more!

But you need to move fast...

Derek is limiting the number of people who sign up, in order
to make sure there are enough trial copies for everyone!

So I'd like to encourage you to follow this link right away:

http://www.marketingtips.com/t.cgi/25861/trialseries

Good luck with the trial. The information in these videos
helped me -- and I *know* it'll help you, too!

Willie

P.S. Don't underestimate the value of the information in this
trial. Just ONE of the secrets cost Derek and his team over
2 years to learn, and cost them $100,000 in research and
expenses!

Neat Place To Buy And Sell Websites - Or Just Browse The Listings :-)

This site is one of two written up in this months private membership site Secrets of Their Success. I was featured about 2 years ago :-)

I'm a subscriber to Secrets of Their Success. Here's the description of the site:

Nelson Bates, who got his start in e-business when he
was a 19-year-old college student, selling an eBook he
co-wrote with his dad. Now he's the owner/operator of
BuySellWebsite.com, a busy web site marketplace where
prospective web site owners can browse listings of sites
for sale. He's taking in $120,000 a year -- $100,000 of
which is profit!

Here's the site. It's educational just to browse the listings :-)

Would you like to Sell Your Website?

If you are having a hard time finding a trustworthy marketplace to sell your website, you are not alone. There are literally hundreds of small businesses competing for your listing and only a handful can deliver what they promise.

The best place to sell your website is an established website marketplace where you can reach thousands of buyers every month. It will also have high rankings with search engines under keywords for both buying and selling internet businesses to get the greatest possible reach.

Also, check the websites traffic ranking at www.alexa.com and if its not in the top 100,000 the website probably isnt getting enough traffic for your ad to be seen by enough buyers.

There is no question of where the best place to sell your website is.

More Cookbook Competition - From Mars??

Many of you who know me know that one of my earliest and still very profitable products was a simple, "soul food" cookbook. I sell that at http://Chitterlings.com

It's doing well enough that we're both in the middle of a BIG printing, and a revision, where I'm adding a lot more pictures.

Anyway, Jeff Smith, over on his blog, points out a project where someone is putting together a cookbook of recipes from Mars. The concept is to actually create a series of cookbooks... sort of like the Chicken Soup For The Soul series.

Anyway, check out Jeff's blog, and the story. Maybe Mars will open up another whole new market for me :-)

This may also be a project you could piggyback on ;-)

Build Power Relationships

An article by my friend Dr. Jill Ammon-Wexler. Check out her site today!

Build Power Relationships
By Dr Jill Ammon-Wexler
Executive Advisor
© 2005 All Rights Reserved.

All healthy relationship include some levels of trust and respect. But power relationships are a breed apart. Power relationships are based on especially deep levels of mutual respect and trust - plus the ultimate personality power tool -- authenticity. Here are some tools to help you create the deep levels of authenticity found in power relationships.

Power Tool 1. Relaxation
The more comfortable you are around others, the more comfortable they will feel around you. It a natural human response to pull away from someone who appears nervous or uneasy. The best way to immediately build communication rapport is to smile and relax your body (and especially your face).

This may seem simple, but is very important. A genuine smile presents an open door to communication.

Power Tool 2. Power Listening
Effective communication is far more than just talking - the real key is effective listening. Power communicators focus on what the other person is saying, rather than worrying on how they will respond.

If you have trouble communicating clearly with others, you may want to try the following communication power tool: Mirror their thoughts back to them, and ask them if you properly understood what they said. The simplest way to do is is to paraphrase what they just said to you, and ask them if you properly understood what they meant.

Another good power tool is this: As the other person speaks, pay close attention to their expressions and body language. Try to pick up the deeper emotions revealed by their speech patterns. This is the essence of one especially powerful personal empowerment tool known as NLP (neuro linguistic programming).

Power Tool 3. Provide Recognition
Words either strengthen or weaken trust. It is not always possible to consider the impact of your emotions and words before you speak. In a tough emotion-packed situation, sometimes the best response is to hold your response for a few seconds (or minutes, if possible).

One often overlooked, but extremely valuable power tool is the compliment. People are hungry for recognition. If you compliment someone for the intelligence and insights they've shared with you, you will encourage a relationship of mutual trust and respect. This is such a powerful tool it may amaze you.

Power Tool 4. Provide Support
The ultimate emotional support tool is "empathy." Empathy is a foundation of power communication and simply involves seeing from another person's perspective, regardless of your own opinion or belief.

Is this easy? Nope! But genuine feelings of empathy cement strong bonds of trust. Let people know that you respect them as a person. Offer understanding and encouragement in times of difficulty, and you will build even stronger bonds of trust.

Power Tool 5. Be Authenticity
Acting authentically with others basically involves acting with integrity. At its core, authenticity is simply acting in keeping with your own values. It means being truly honest with both yourself and others.

In a power relationship authenticity is based on being yourself, and avoiding acts that create false appearances. You know how easy it is to spot someone that is putting on an act - we all have this intuitive capability. Being authentic creates deep levels of mutual trust and true respect.

Power Tool 6. Acknowledge Generously
Look for and acknowledge other people's positive qualities. Appreciating their strengths and contributions builds strong bonds of trust.

And remember to acknowledge your most important relationship - the relationship with yourself. Recognize your own qualities, and put them into action. You cannot form a strong relationship with others unless you have first done so with yourself! All relationships radiate out from our relationship to our self.

Power Tool 7. Take Action
Build a power relationship with your own self, and you will easily do so with others. Ask yourself: What thoughts and behaviors will attract the kind of relationships I desire? What one action can I take today to empower my current relationships?

Dr. Jill Ammon-Wexler is a former consultant to the Pentagon and a Presidential Commission, and a personal advisor to success seekers around the world. Her "Take Charge" ecourse is being used by thousands of people in 119 countries around the world. For more information=>

Free Website Critiques

Most Saturday mornings, I get together on the
phone with a group of enthusiastic marketers
for a little networking and brainstorming.

We usually begin by critiquing 2-3 websites.
Everyone is welcome to give feedback. (I send out
an email earlier each week with the sites "on tap"
for that week.)

Then we open the call up to questions and answers
or discussion. I try to keep the calls to 90
minutes or less, so how much Q&A we fit in
depends upon how long the critiques took.

Still, many people have emailed in and said that
the critiques were a marketing lesson in them
selves.

We record the calls and I use the recordings inside
my private membership site at
TheRealSecrets.com

To register for the calls, get all of the details...
including learning how to get your site critiqued,
check out
http://williecrawford.com/free-brainstorming-calls.html

I'd love to have you join us on these free calls. It's
a great way to actually "meet" some of your fellow online
marketers.

4 Tricks For Lightning Fast Indexing

Here's a great article by my friend Anik...

4 Tricks For Lightning Fast Indexing
By Anik Singal

The biggest problem that most are running into seems to do with getting INTO the search engines. Rankings aside, you need to first get them to index you. Here are the four main ways to assure yourself fast indexing:

Indexing Tip #1:
Never launch a new site with a lot of back links. Build natural links over weeks and months.

Let's face it, there is no guaranteed method of getting indexed by Google fast, and buying links from high-ranking sites does not guarantees anything either.

The most immediate red flag you should watch out for is your number of incoming links. According to Google, it takes time to get link popularity and sites should not have more than 100 incoming links.

It's okay to launch with a quality link or two. But beyond that, you are pushing it!

Here is the scoop! It takes 30-45 days for Google to deep index new sites. Instead of sitting around during “sandbox” time, use that period to build a strong set of natural back-links with a variety of sites.

Indexing Tip #2:
Register your domain name at least four months before you plan to launch the site.

No I am not kidding! Whether you agree with it or not, history shows that Google takes older URLs far more seriously than newer ones. So register your domain name as soon as you plan on developing a site.

Indexing Tip #3:
Blog and ping carefully.

Blogging & pinging is one of the fastest ways to get into the Yahoo index - it can literally get you into Yahoo overnight - helps with MSN as well.

Will blogging and pinging help get you into Google? Maybe. But over-pinging can set off red flags on the ping servers, and if you're using automated blogging software, overdoing it can cause Blogger.com and other services to shut down your blog.

Blogging and pinging intelligently can get your blog indexed in Yahoo quickly, but ping carefully.

Does Yahoo de-index junk blogs? Absolutely. Especially since the creation of all this software, the search engines are watching closely for red flags (use software wisely).

So what can you do about Yahoo Search? Not much… You can be smart about blogging and pinging or even better, you can create real (not by software) blogs. You still have to be careful with pinging though.

In the end, blogging and pinging should be part of every beginner's indexing strategy.

Indexing Tip #4:
If you build bulk directory/portal sites - keep them in the 200-300 page range.

We know it's such a blast to build those monster 1000-5000 page sites, even with growing evidence of Google bots' tendencies to stall after indexing the first 200 pages or so…

So if you're into blasting out those gigantic directories and sick of waiting months for them to get indexed, experiment with building smaller sites around more targeted niches.

In a nutshell: Divide those mega-keyword lists, spend a little time grouping your sub-lists, and build smaller sites.

All in all, the best way to get indexed, stay indexed and eventually get ranked is to recruit incoming link partners. See, blogging and pinging could be gone tomorrow. But, linking is an integral part of how the internet works - it will never go away.

Concentrate on building sites and recruiting links - the links get you indexed, ranked and even bring you free traffic from those who click the links!

Create Your Own Online Marketing "TV" Station

Here's a great article written by Jim Edwards...

Create Your Own Online Marketing "TV" Station

- by Jim Edwards

© Jim Edwards - All Rights reserved
http://www.IGottaTellYou.com -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

It will happen!

TV and the Internet will eventually merge into one giant
multi-media "melting pot" that includes everything from live
footage and old reruns to garage videos posted by your next
door neighbor’s kid.

Just like cable TV fractured network TV, the Internet will
enable everyone with a voice, a video camera, and something
to say to fracture cable TV even more.

But the real TV revolution on the Internet will only happen
when marketers stop trying to copy TV, with its commercials
and outdated modes of revenue generation, and start copying
the "pay-per-view" and "infomercial" models.

One company at www.TVexe.com has started offering television
broadcasts from around the world via Internet streaming.

The free software (with optional one-time $25 upgrade)
allows you to stream TV feeds from around the world to your
desktop through a broadband connection.

The picture rates a "C+" on the quality side, but, just like
Internet telephony 6 years ago, you can expect the quality
to improve quickly.

If they can keep costs down long enough to figure out how to
make money, this company will likely succeed because they
provide programming that’s virtually impossible to get
anywhere else.

But, for the rest of us "mortals" who want to stream our
images, video, and audio across the Web, trying to provide
"live TV" broadcasts spells the kiss of death in both time
and money.

For the vast majority of companies doing business online, it
will prove virtually impossible to get a meaningful number
of people to show up to a website at "8:00 P.M. Eastern" for
tonight’s live "TV" broadcast.

But what will work online is adopting the "pay-per-view"
model found in hotels where you watch the program you want,
when you want. Offering website visitors video content they
can download, start, stop, play, pause, and view on their
own schedule holds the key to online "TV" success.

I hate to make this overly simplistic, but bottom line: an
effective online "TV Station" only needs a basic website and
the ability to allow "viewers" to download or stream video
files.

All of us get two basic options when it comes to creating
content to deliver from our "TV Station" website.

First, you can do "screen capture" video, which combines
video of the action taking place on your computer screen
with your voice as narration, to create excellent
instructional content.

You then allow viewers to download this "TV program" from
your website either free or for a free.

Two programs enable you to do this quickly and easily:
"Screen Cam Generator" from http://www.ScreenCamSoftware.com
and "Camtasia" from http://www.TechSmith.com.

Your second option involves using full-motion video, either
from a web-cam or a camcorder.

The content most easily gets published online either as a
WMV file (Windows Media Video) played with Microsoft’s Media
Player, or FLV file (Flash Video) played with the free Flash
"plug-in" found in most Web browsers.

Regardless of which option you choose, remember: unlike
traditional TV, successful models of "TV-style" content
online will empower the viewer to watch when and where they
choose.

Speed Up Windows XP Considerably - Watch The Video!

Another product I've tested and fallen in love with...

You are about to learn the secrets to making Windows XP run faster, better, safer, and longer!

Speed speed and more speed that's what we want from our computers. The problem has been how to get that speed. Well now the problem has been solved! What you really need is a computer speed system.

A computer speed system is a collection of several pieces to a puzzle.
Once you put these pieces together you always have a fast computer. Lucky for you someone gave you this Special Report because the pieces are about to be put together for you.

You are about to learn how to:

* eliminate computer freeze ups

* prevent computer crashes

* extend the life of your computer indefinitely

* create computer speed that you have never seen before,and

be able to multitask and leave windows & programs open without glitches

Normally computer speed has been gotten by making one or two changes to your computer. The most popular is simply adding more memory or getting a bigger hard drive which of course works. But it doesn't solve the problem.........

What is slowing down your computer?

Computer speed has five specific parts to it. When you address only one or two of these parts you don't get the kind of speed that you really want.

The parts to computer speed are:

1) Windows XP software settings.

2) Windows XP tweaks, adjustments, and maintenance

3) Spyware and Adware removal

4) Antivirus Software

5) Software to organize your hard drive

If you concentrate on learning about and implementing those 5 things you get computer speed.

Of course there is still a problem! It will take you a long time to learn all about these five items.

This Special Report is a shortcut. By going to our site and using our
recommendations you don't have to bother learning all that stuff. And you can have computer speed almost instantly.

Why? Because we have done the research and created software that handles the computer speed problem quickly and easily.

To put it in simple English "we have created a computer speed system that you can use on your computer now."

Our computer speed system has these five parts:

1) Windows XP software settings are hard to find and sometimes it's very difficult to make the adjustments. So what we decided to do was make a piece of software that automatically adjusts vital Windows XP settings with a click of a button. This alone is a $97 value!

2) We have found 82 Windows XP speed secrets that tweak, maintain and adjust Windows XP and put them in a simple digital e-book. The information and research we put into this book is worth $47.

3) We have found the best adware and spyware remover on the Internet and it is included in our system for free. You will learn how to set and forget it!
This is a $30 value.

4) In chapter 5 on page 16 of the e-book we show you where to get free antivirus software. We especially like the second one that is recommended there. Software of this type is sold for $70 and more!

5) In chapter 2 on pages 9 and 10 we recommend a software that will automatically organize your computer while you sleep every day. This will extend the life of your computer almost indefinitely.

6) Plus a Special bonus on Privacy erase software . another $30 Value at no extra cost!

As you can see we've done a lot of your homework for you when it comes to computer speed.

The really exciting part about our computer speed system is it doesn't cost much and you don't have to go to the trouble of learning all this stuff.

Give this Special Report to your friends, associates and family so they can have computer speed too.

To get absolute proof that our computer speed system works go to the website below and watch our amazing video demonstration called:

JUST DOING THIS, YOU COULD DOUBLE YOUR INCOME

You may not know this- but the top online copywriters
make well in excess of $100,000 a year-just from writing
for the Internet!

Others who are adept at writing for the Internet have
launched their own online businesses - selling their OWN
products - with Web copy they wrote themselves. (That's
what my friend Carl Galletti did for example.)

And they're making sales of $1,000 to $5,000 in a
day - $25,000 in a weekend - and in some cases, considerably
more.

When you have mastered online copywriting, you can
literally * double * your freelance writing income
getting twice as many assignments, at great pay, from
almost every client.

To begin MASTERING online copywriting don't miss
Yanik Silver's Comprehensive Home Study Course at
==>>> http://www.ultimateonlinecopymanual.com

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Editorial:
Today's issue is out a day early for a reason. I'm testing
again :-)
Testing is the key to your online success. You never know
what works best until you TEST. So I do a lot of it. You
should too... always try to beat your "control."
I discuss a lot of my testing and even reveal some of the
results on my blog ;-)
This has been a busy week, and I have a lot to tell you
about. I've also posted this issue on my blog, so if you
prefer to read it online, you can. I also post a lot of
NEWS that I can't fit into this ezine on my blog. You'll
find my blog at: http://WillieCrawford.com/blog/
Here are a few things that I don't want you to miss - I
suggest you just run down this short list.
1) Go check out Yanik Silver's "Underground Seminar"
DVD set. I wasn't able to make this seminar because of
a family emergency. I snapped up the DVDs as soon as Yanik
made them available. I won't hype them up... I'll just
tell you that there are only a couple hundred sets
available and that I honestly believe that they will help
ANYONE operating an online business.
Go check out Yanik Silver's Underground DVDs at:
http://www.undergroundonlinesecrets.com/investigator/
2) Over on my blog, you'll see that I've met a LOT of
famous people lately. Yanik actually had Dan Kennedy
as an attendee at his seminar. I missed my chance to
pick Dan's brain over dinner... for free. That's the
best part of seminar to me. You get to corner people
at the dinner table and ask them literally ANYTHING
that you want :-)
Here's another way to get some free advice though...
actually two ways. First, sign up for a free 2-hour
teleseminar that Jay Abraham is offering on August 4th.
You can sign up here:
http://WillieCrawford.com/jay-abraham-4august05.html
If you don't know who Jay Abraham is, you should. Just
check out the site and you'll see why.
If you do know who Jay Abraham is, here's how to get
some of the best free training I've ever been through.
Jay has an affiliate program for his private coaching
club. It pays VERY well... and it's residual income.
Jay also holds regular training calls for his affiliates.
I was on one of these calls Monday night... the 26th.
On the call, Jay layed out his complete strategy for
promoting his coaching club. He revealed his master
plan to his affiliates. This plan is based upon Jay's
decades of proven marketing experience that has
generated literally BILLIONS!
At the end of the training calls, Jay opens the lines
up for questions. There were only 5 or 6 questions
on Monday's call. I think most of the affiliates were
in awe of Jay. I asked a question though! I'd never
miss a chance to pick such a brilliant mind. Since
the call was recorded, I now even have a snippet of
Jay and I talking... although I don't really have
permission to use that anywhere :-)
Jay's affiliate program actually still has a few
openings. You have to fill out a fairly lengthy
application. It's pretty thought provoking. Then you
are notified if you are accepted. The application
is an education in itself. I recommend that you
apply if you have any type of marketing list or a
busy website. Just the training you'll get is worth
it. Go apply now at:
http://WillieCrawford.com/jays-affiliate-program.html
You need to scroll down to the bottom of the page
above. The link to the affiliate program is at
the very bottom.
3) Finally, I wanted to confirm that we WILL have our free
weekly networking and brainstorming call
this week. On
these calls we critique 3 websites, and then discuss timely
marketing issues.
Register for the call and then follow the details
in the autoresponder confirmation that you get to submit
YOUR website for a free review. Register by sending a blank
email to: willie3-56875@autocontactor.com
You can also register by filling in the form here:
http://WillieCrawford.com/free-brainstorming-calls.html
The call will be from 11 am - 12:30 pm, CST.
*** Regulars on the call, please note that the call-in
number HAS changed. It will be in your update email.
That's it for this week. This week we have 2 very
useful feature articles that I know you'll enjoy and
benefit from :-)
Can YOU Really Make Money From Blogging
Copyright 2005 by Willie Crawford
One of the questions I see frequently asked on
online discussion forums is, "Can You Really Make Money
From Blogging?" People want to know if there's some
way to profit from the time they spend maintaining
their weblogs or personal online journals.
My answer is an emphatic "YES," because I do it...
everyday!
Today I'll share with you how I do it.
Let me begin by saying that I don't make thousands per
month from MOST of my blogs. However, I do have many
making hundreds. Since I don't put in a lot of time
maintaining them, and I enjoy blogging, I consider the
money a bonus. I blog while sitting in my yard with my
laptop (on a wireless connection)... watching the clouds
roll by.
Another bonus I get from blogging is that it helps
my regular websites that are set up as my "money machines."
The search engines visit my blogs more often than they
visit my regular sites, and they follow the links from
my blogs pointing to other sites. Some of these links
point to my sites, and some point to sites of partners.
This does help the search engine rankings of these sites
MASSIVELY.
How Do I Monetize My Blogs?
I monetize my blogs by creating blogs on topics people
are searching for... and that they are spending money on.
I know which niches are hot to an extent based upon what
my research proves pay-per-click advertisers are willing
to spend their advertising dollars on.
I run Google AdSense ads on my blogs. I simply insert
these ads in my menu bar and other strategic places on
the webpage. I also experiment with other paid advertising
on my blogs.
I sell affiliate products from my blogs. I simply find
affiliate products at places like PayDotCom.com and
Commission Junction. I incorporate these into my blogs.
I do things like product reviews, how-to articles, etc.
You can also locate suitable affiliate products by typing
your target keywords + "affiliate program" at any major
search engine. This should point out numerous websites
with suitable affiliate programs to you.
How Do I Setup/Host My Blogs?
I have blog hosted on some of my own domains using Moveable
Type. This is just one of many great pieces of blogging
software. You have other choices... my programmer
recommended this one to me.
I also have blogs hosted for free on Blogger.com. I have
them on Blogger.com because they are incredibly easy to
set up and maintain. A secondary reason I have them on
Blogger.com is that Google OWNS Blogger.com and they
index webpages hosted on their servers OFTEN and FAST!
The secret to getting Google and Yahoo! to visit your
blogs often is a technique called "blogging and pinging."
It's a method of notifying all of the major search engines,
and blog directories, each time that you update your blog.
The search engines come to take a look and they follow
links from your blog to spider other blogs/sites. It's
very powerful.
I won't go into too much details on blogging and pinging
here. If you want more information on that topic I invite
you to drop by my free, Internet marketing discussion
board and ask any and all questions! It's at:
http://WillieCrawford.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi
Examples Of Profitable Blogs?
I know, you want to see examples of profitable blogs :-)
To show you how simple it can be I'll show you just ONE.
It’s less than 2 months old :-)
The problem is that as soon as I show a site to anyone as
an example, it's instantly ripped off. So, I'm going to
"sacrifice" one making me about $60 per day from
affiliate product sales and about $20 per day in AdSense
revenue. That site is at:
http://cure-nail-fungus.blogspot.com
The above site currently ranks #6 on Yahoo for the
term "cure nail fungus." It's a small niche but one
that makes me $2400 per month... just from that one blog.
If you searched on the same term at Google, this site
is not very highly ranked. However, THIS page is #4:
http://www.chitterlings.com/no-more-nail-fungus.html
That happens to be one of my pages too :-) I won't tell
you what ALL I'm up to on that page... that's another
article. The technique involves using your own domains
to promote affiliate products rather than advertising
someone else's domain... so it improves your link popularity.
I'm not going to show more of my blogs because that just
invites competition. Instead, I'm going to answer another
question you have to be wondering...
"How do I find time to maintain all of these blogs, even if
they are profitable?"
Well, first of all, I don't really need a lot like the
"sacrificial lamb" that I showed you above to keep me
satisfied.
I do have a number of secret weapons though. One is called
AutoBlogger. You can check it out at:
http://WillieCrawford.com/auto-blogger.html
What AutoBlogger does is allow me to queue up a number of
posts for my various blogs in advance. It lets you queue
up "articles" which can really be anything you want. Then
you tell the software at what frequency to make a post.
My AutoBlogger account allows me to automatically post to
an UNLIMITED number of blogs.
WARNING: A program like AutoBlogger can get you in
trouble if you misuse it! If you use it to spam or abuse
the search engines, it's just going to get you banned.
If you use it to abuse the blog hosts, they're just going
to delete your blogs.
Here's how I use AutoBlogger:
I have sites where I discuss Internet marketing... as just
one example. On these sites I share many of my articles
and tidbits. I simply queue up these articles/tidbits to post
at a given frequency. This frequency can be a set number of
hours, days, weeks, or months. So theoretically, I can
set up a blog, pre-schedule 50 posts, and not touch it in
months, while it is automatically posted to for the next 50
intervals.
AutoBlogger even lets you set it to start rotating
through the posts again when they run out, if you want
to. I personally wouldn't do this since you'd just be
posting duplicate content.
AutoBlogger allows you to insert RSS feeds right into
your blog posts. So in addition to posting articles
you can also auto-update by adding new RSS feeds at
a set interval. Since I HATE sending my traffic to other
sites (without reciprocation), these RSS feeds generally
pull from MY sites. That way, my traffic is only sent
to my other sites.
If you don't even feel like queuing up a lot of posts,
you can go to a site like Elance.com and hire someone else
to do it for you... or just hired your kids to do it for you.
It can be as easy as you want to make it.
OK, I've just proven to you that you can make money
off of blogs. In-fact, you can make more money than
many people make off of their REGULAR websites. It
just takes a little thinking outside the box!
It also takes not being too greedy. What I just showed
you works for me because I'm not doing anything that's
likely to get me banned from the search engines,
Google AdSense, Blogger.com, or any affiliate program.
It's only when you get carried away, and do things that
harm the search engines that you "shoot yourself in
the foot."
Set up blogs providing useful content. Make regular
posts to these blogs but not in a manner that seems
unnatural. By that, I mean don't auto-post twenty
times in an hour, or post every hour for a month! No
human can possible post to a blog at these rates for
long, so the search engines detect something is "wrong."
They don't generally prohibit you from using tools to
make your job easier... just don't get carried away!
There are actually, thousands of people earning a
living doing things similar to what I just shared... but
with little twists. I'm meeting up with many of them
in New Orleans in September. You're invited to join
us. We'll basically be sharing how we make a fortune
off of niche websites and programs such as Google
AdSense. You can register today at:
Guest Article:
The Time Thieves
By: Dr. Donald E. Wetmore
You have 24 hours in every day, seven days a week for a total of 168
hours to accomplish what needs to be done in your life. And every day,
eleven time thieves gang up on you and work to take some of that
precious time away from productive use. Let me introduce you to this
inconsiderate troupe.
1.. Poor planning. People don't plan to fail but a lot of people fail
to plan. Without a plan of action set up before your day begins you are
likely to get caught up in "stuff", responding the loudest voice that
gets your time and attention. Will you have been productive for the day?
Sure, but not as productive as you might have been.
2.. Crisis management. When a deadline sneaks up on you it robs you of
all choice and you are controlled by the clock. Crisis management, for
the most part, is poor time management because you're rushed and
stressed, letting things slip through the cracks and often having to go
back and redo what was not done well in the first place. Most of what
puts you into crisis management is within your control, you could have
seen it coming.
3.. Procrastination. All the planning in the world does not substitute
for the doing. Many find that they just can't get going on the things
that will make a big difference in their success. They have "permanent
potential". First thing in your day, get going on the most difficult
tasks and get them out of the way.
4.. Interruptions. Unanticipated events coming your way, in person or
electronically, can steal your time away. Many interruptions are
necessary and part of what you get paid for. However, most are
unnecessary thieves of your time. Be less willing to automatically give
away your time just because they demand it. Rather, determine whether or
not they deserve it.
5.. Not delegating. "If you want a job done well you better do it
yourself." What a thief! Look at everything you have to do and ask, "Is
this the best use of my time?" If it is, do it. If not, delegate it.
There's a world of difference between "I do it" and "It gets done."
Leverage your time through others and don't allow the things that can be
delegated to steal your time.
6.. Unnecessary meetings. If two or more people get together and
nothing productive comes of the time spent together, that meeting was
unnecessary and, sadly, most meetings are time thieves. Before meeting
ask, "Is it really necessary?" If it is, then meet but take action as a
result of the meeting and not let it be a time bandit.
7.. The "shuffling blues". Many people manage their time through
piles. Piles of appear on their desk. Piles of "to be read" emails on
their computer and lots of "to be heard" voicemails stored away. The
piles require frequent review creating the shuffling blues which
surrenders valuable time. Keep a clean work environment. When
encountering something new, schedule it to your day planner under the
day you plan to tackle it and then put it away so you are out of the
shuffling blues.
8.. Poor physical setup. Not having the things you need the most often
within arm's reach and having a lot of the things you rarely need close
by causes you to waste a lot of time wearing out the carpet retrieving
what you frequently need. And of course, as you pass others they will
often pull you aside to steal some of your time. Have the most needed
stuff near by, within arm's reach and save that stolen time.
9.. Poor networking. Quality relationships with others can be a huge
time saver as they open doors for you with all kinds of opportunities.
Failing to develop a good network base will cause you to waste time
creating what you might have had through your network. Be a good
networker. Help them whenever possible. You want a friend? You have to
be a friend.
10.. Bad attitude. Nothing sinks a day more effectively than having a
poor attitude. It causes you to dwell on the problems and not the
solutions and makes it possible to throw the day away. When you are
burdening others with your problems and complaints you are stealing your
time and theirs. And the truth is that when you complain to others, 85%
of them really don't care and the other 15% are actually glad it's
happening to you.
11.. Negative people. Some people are the life of the party and some
people are the death of the party. The problem with having negative
people around you is you wind up spending a lot of your time listening
to their complaints rather than focusing on your success.
Arrest each of these time thieves. Sentence them to solitary confinement
and re-claim your productive time. You deserve it.
Want help eliminating the time thieves from your day? You can easily get
more of the important things done, in less time, with less stress.
location, from one hour up to three full days, for groups of any size.
A Little AdSense Testing
I've told you about Joel Comm's ebook before...
What Google Never Told You About Making Money with AdSense!
I just finished going through it once again. Actually,I went
through the NEW Expanded 2nd Edition :-)
new-adsense-secrets.jpg
The one thing I picked up from every reading is that you need to
test everything. I do test constantly and even share my
results with frequent site visitors... a good reason to
visit often.
One of the things discussed a lot this week in AdSense circles is
adding images above your AdSense. You do this by inserting your
Adsense in a table with AdSense on one row and images on another.
For example if you go over the InternetMarketingSeminarSchedule.com
you will see me testing this.
At first I tested adding 4 images above the 4 ads displayed across
the top of many of my pages. I did this by setting up a table
with 4 columns and 2 rows. The top row has images and the bottom
row has the AdSense code. Just adding images of seminar speaker,
increased my clickthru rate to something ASTRONOMINAL! I won't
say to what percent :-)
A few people I discussed this with, and members of a discussion
forum I moderate, pointed out that some of the ads referrred to
scams, etc.... and the maybe it could be implied that the ads
were referring to the speakers.
To get around that problem, I added a third row in which I
inserted a disclaimer saying that the ads weren't related
to the photos. I was testing how much this would affect click
thru rates. I suspected that people were so accustomed to
seeing disclaimers that it would be ignored, and so my clickthru
rates wouldn't be affected that much. I was WRONG!
My clickthru rate plummeted when I added the disclaimer.
To twist it up a little, I hyperlinked the images to seminars
that the featured speaker was speaking at. Then I introduced
the curiosity factor by asking the visitor which of the speakers
they know. My hope was that they'd click on the images to
verify the identity of each person. This has been a big success!
People are clicking through to the various seminar sites :-)
On others sites where I'm testing using images above the ads
my clickthrough rates are as much as 5 times higher today than
before adding the images. Some people have reported as much
as a 700% increase!
I recommend testing, and seeing what works best for you. Be
careful not to violate Google's Terms of Service. It does little
good to get a great clickthru rate only to have your account
terminated.
So you have your homework... do some more testing.... and get
a copy of Joel's book if you don't have it.
It's a good reference
and he points out a lot of sites where AdSense is generating
a lot of revenue. I've studied all of those sites and learned
from them.
Can YOU Really Make Money From Blogging? YES - Here's How!
Can YOU Really Make Money From Blogging?
One of the questions I see frequently asked on
It's a method of notifying all of the major search engines,
and blog directories, each time that you update your blog.
The search engines come to take a look and they follow
links from your blog to spider other blogs/sites. It's
very powerful.
I won't go into too much details on blogging and pinging
here. If you want more information on that topic I invite
you to drop by my free, Internet marketing discussion
board and ask any and all questions! It's at:
Examples Of Profitable Blogs?
I know, you want to see examples of profitable blogs :-)
To show you how simple it can be I'll show you just ONE.
It’s less than 2 months old :-)
The problem is that as soon as I show a site to anyone as
an example, it's instantly ripped off. So, I'm going to
"sacrifice" one making me about $60 per day from
affiliate product sales and about $20 per day in AdSense
revenue. That site is at:
http://cure-nail-fungus.blogspot.com
The above site currently ranks Number 6 on Yahoo for the
term "cure nail fungus." It's a small niche but one
that makes me $2400 per month... just from that one blog.
If you searched on the same term at Google, this site
is not very highly ranked. However, THIS page is Number4:
http://www.chitterlings.com/no-more-nail-fungus.html
That happens to be one of my pages too :-) I won't tell
you what ALL I'm up to on that page... that's another
article. The technique involves using your own domains
to promote affiliate products rather than advertising
someone else's domain... so it improves your link popularity.
I'm not going to show more of my blogs because that just
invites competition. Instead, I'm going to answer another
question you have to be wondering...
"How do I find time to maintain all of these blogs, even if
they are profitable?"
Well, first of all, I don't really need a lot like the
"sacrificial lamb" that I showed you above to keep me
satisfied.
I do have a number of secret weapons though. One is called
AutoBlogger. You can check it out at:
http://WillieCrawford.com/auto-blogger.html
What AutoBlogger does is allow me to queue up a number of
posts for my various blogs in advance. It lets you queue
up "articles" which can really be anything you want. Then
you tell the software at what frequency to make a post.
My AutoBlogger account allows me to automatically post to
an UNLIMITED number of blogs.
WARNING: A program like AutoBlogger can get you in
trouble if you misuse it! If you use it to spam or abuse
the search engines, it's just going to get you banned.
If you use it to abuse the blog hosts, they're just going
to delete your blogs.
Here's how I use AutoBlogger:
I have sites where I discuss Internet marketing... as just
one example. On these sites I share many of my articles
and tidbits. I simply queue up these articles/tidbits to post
at a given frequency. This frequency can be a set number of
hours, days, weeks, or months. So theoretically, I can
set up a blog, pre-schedule 50 posts, and not touch it in
months, while it is automatically posted to for the next 50
intervals.
AutoBlogger even lets you set it to start rotating
through the posts again when they run out, if you want
to. I personally wouldn't do this since you'd just be
posting duplicate content.
AutoBlogger allows you to insert RSS feeds right into
your blog posts. So in addition to posting articles
you can also auto-update by adding new RSS feeds at
a set interval. Since I HATE sending my traffic to other
sites (without reciprocation), these RSS feeds generally
pull from MY sites. That way, my traffic is only sent
to my other sites.
If you don't even feel like queuing up a lot of posts,
you can go to a site like Elance.com and hire someone else
to do it for you... or just hired your kids to do it for you.
It can be as easy as you want to make it.
OK, I've just proven to you that you can make money
off of blogs. In-fact, you can make more money than
many people make off of their REGULAR websites. It
just takes a little thinking outside the box!
It also takes not being too greedy. What I just showed
you works for me because I'm not doing anything that's
likely to get me banned from the search engines,
Google AdSense, Blogger.com, or any affiliate program.
It's only when you get carried away, and do things that
harm the search engines that you "shoot yourself in
the foot."
Set up blogs providing useful content. Make regular
posts to these blogs but not in a manner that seems
unnatural. By that, I mean don't auto-post twenty
times in an hour, or post every hour for a month! No
human can possible post to a blog at these rates for
long, so the search engines detect something is "wrong."
They don't generally prohibit you from using tools to
make your job easier... just don't get carried away!
There are actually, thousands of people earning a
living doing things similar to what I just shared... but
with little twists. I'm meeting up with many of them
in New Orleans in September. You're invited to join
us. We'll basically be sharing how we make a fortune
off of niche websites and programs such as Google
AdSense. You can register today at:
Recommended Ezine - Ted Nicholas'
One of the few ezines I actually make time to read as soon as it
comes in is Ted Nicholas' The Success Margin."ted-nicholas.jpg
Here's the first few paragraphs from the article in his most
recent issue:
Perhaps the best-known secret of the world's
most successful Internet marketers is this.
Applying the hard-won lessons learned in
building successful marketing campaigns offline
to the online marketing arena is the reason for
the really big successes.
While, of course, everything offline does not
apply exactly to online marketing, the major
principles do.
As attractive as marketing on the Internet can be,
I submit it's a big mistake to limit yourself to any
advertising medium, online or offline. Ideally,
you use a combination of both.
Today I'm going to discuss offline space
advertising.
It's a great and profitable skill to actually sell
products and services right off the page in
magazines and newspapers.
Ted's copywriting is responsible for BILLIONS of dollars
in sales, and I think most of my site visitors who are
online marketers can learn from him.
I recommend subscribing to Ted's free ezine.
Margin, visit:
Get Your Hands On Yanik Silvers Underground Videos - Today Only?
My friend Yanik Silver put on an Underground Seminar that I really wanted to attend. He had people there, literally making MILLIONS of dollars per year, and they were not selling your typical "Internet marketing" and "how to make money" stuff.
However, my younger brother died just before the seminar and so I
couldn't make it. Later, I did move mountains to get my hands on the recordings from the seminar!
Now, Yanik is making a limited number of copies available to the world. It's 750 copies to be exact.
Yanik, pictured here, gave me permission to tell you about this.
yanik-silver.jpg
Knowing what I know... I don't expect these 750 copies to last more than a day or two. I sent an email to my list a few minutes ago because I really don't want them to miss out.
I don't want YOU to miss out either.
Here's the email I sent out in case you missed it and just because you're savvy enough to check out my blog :-)
Let me get right to the point with no warm up
because this announcement is big...really BIG!
If you’re like me, I’ve had it with people simply rehashing the
same information from the exact same sources. Frankly, I'd much
rather hear it straight from people really raking it in online
each and every day. And that's why this is so exciting…
I don't know how my friend Yanik Silver managed to do
this - but last April he brought together a group of
elusive and secretive real-world success stories
to share exactly what they are doing on the Internet….
Appropriately enough he called the event his “Underground Online
Marketing Seminar”. However since it completely SOLD-OUT 5 weeks
early there’s more than a fair chance you weren’t there and
really missed out. But I’ve got good news for you because Yanik
recorded the event.
http://www.undergroundonlinesecrets.com/investigator/
I signed up for the event but then had to miss it because of
a death in the family. I did what it took to get my hands
on a copy of the recordings... and just the information I picked
up there will certainly make me HALF A MILLION DOLLARS in the
coming year! The key though, is that I'll use what I learned.
What really made this event different is the fact NONE of the
presenters were “gurus”. In fact, they weren’t the same usual
suspects you see at other Internet seminars.
But here’s a big warning – you can’t wait! Yanik is only selling
750 individually numbered sets of the DVDs/CDs. And right now
there less than 422 left. This is not some marketing ploy – once
they’re gone – that’s it.
Because of the sensitive and exclusive nature of this information
- Yanik is only making 750 individually numbered sets of the
videos and audios available. That’s it. And because of the
limited quantity me (and the other partners) have only been
allocated 35 sets for all my customers and subscribers. That
means the race is on.
That’s why, I strongly suggest you hurry if you don’t want to be
left out!
http://www.undergroundonlinesecrets.com/investigator/
Sincerely,
Willie Crawford
P.S. If you want a little sneak preview of what was shared – you
can view real clips from the LIVE event right here too:
John Carlton's Internet Strategies... Operation Money Suck!
A few weeks ago I was at a seminar in Miami sponsored by Gary Halbert and Mark Joyner. The other featured speakers were Michel Fortin and John Carlton.
Carlton.jpeg
This is John
John has been writing copy FOREVER and is who many modern copywriters learned from. When I listened to him talk about "the hook" and how to "grab readers by the eyeball and pull them in" I knew I could learn a lot from him.
John also talked a lot about "Operation Money Suck!" That also had a nice ring to it.
Anyway, my friend Stephen Pierce is doing a project with John right now and has a very nice free report that I encourage you to grab. You can grab it here!
You'll see that John REALLY knows his stuff.
The seminar did leave me wondering why copywriters are so quirky though... but don't tell John that I said that. Also, don't tell Gary Halbert that I said he's a nice person :-)
This is Don Peters.
My friend John Evans wrote about Don in his ebook Success Alert. This is where I first heard about him. He sells big ticket items, like airplanes, on Ebay. On any given day, he probably have several million dollars worth of stuff up for sales on Ebay.
Anyway, Don is speaking at a seminar I'm also speaking at in Phoenix,Arizona in August. You can check it out here. I'm really looking forward to his presentation.
What I Learned From Rosalind Gardner
Here's a photo I snapped of some of my genuine heros at Joel Christopher's Double Birthday Bash.
roz-carl-ted.jpg
This photo features 3 people I've learned a lot from over the years plus Ted's partner Bethany.
Rosalind Gardner has put the most direct dollars in my pockets. When I read her Super Affiliate Handbook it was a real eye opener. Here was a woman earning nearly half a million dollars a year selling affiliate products and she's telling me exactly how she does it.
OK... one of the biggest tips I picked up and ACTED UPON in her book was that even though affiliate programs have stated commissions, you CAN negotiate that. So I now get a higher than advertised commission for many of the affiliate products that I sell.
Carl Turner use to be Jay Abraham's right hand man before moving to San Antonio to work with Joel Christopher. When I use to call Jay's office for various reasons, it was often to talk to Carl. I learned a lot from him over the years. Now, I actually help to promote some of Jay's programs, and do very well at this :-)
Ted Nicholas is known as the "4 Billion Dollar Man." Over dinner, he offered me several tips about positioning a product that has increased sales over 40% since I implemented his ideas. We also discussed re-naming a product. Here I was at this seminar, getting free advice over dinner that will probably pay me over a million dollars over the next several years. That's why I love seminars.
You can check out some of the upcoming seminars I'll be hanging out at at http://InternetMarketingSeminarSchedule.com
I'd love to meet you there.
Pays Several Times BETTER Than Google AdSense???
I test a LOT of products, ideas, and promotions. One of the things I DO use on my content sites is Google AdSense. However, I'm currently testing a program called Niche PowerAds. This is proving many times more lucrative than AdSense on many of my niche sites.
Check it out. Instead of earning pennies per click, you earn commissions on the products sold! You get a LOT more control over what's displayed on your site than you do with AdSense too.
Pay.com To Rival Clickbank, Sign Up Free Here Today!
Mike Filsaime is an Internet marketer who literally
exploded onto the scene and seems unstoppable. I
LIKE people like that. They see what they want to
do and they eliminate all excuses and DO it.
Mike is a good friend who has spoken at two of the
same events I've recently spoken at and it's very
obvious that he understands marketing and product
development. His "fire sale" system for product
launches is well worth studying!
A few months ago, Mike decided that he wanted to
displace Clickbank. He didn't like many of their
policies and thought that he could create something
better.
Recently Mike launched his challenge to Clickbank.
He calls it Pay.com. His concept is to charge lower
fees, allow instant payments through Clickbank and
Stormpay, and also allow sale of both digital and
physical goods.
After taking a good look at it, and talking to Mike
extensively at the MegaSeminar in Denver, Colorado
this past weekend, I'm convinced that Pay.com can
indeed give Clickbank a run for its money.
I'm encouraging everyone I talk to to join NOW because
they'll have a definite "first mover advantage." I say
this because unlike the "marketplace" (affiliate
products that members can sell) at Pay.com they don't yet
number in the THOUSANDS as they probably do at Clickbank.
This means that it will be easier to get potential
affiliate to notice YOUR products.
There are a number of other advantages I can see too
but I don't want this to sound like a salesletter.
I have signed up and recommend that you check it out.
You can use my link at:
http://paydotcom.com/?affiliate=3305
which IS an affiliate links or you can just go directly
to the site if you don't want me to benefit :-)
I'd welcome any discussion on Mike's concept... pros/cons,
etc.
How To Instantly Increase Google AdSense Revenue By Up To 700% For Free!
A number of ezines have recently reported people increasing
their Google Adsense click-thru's (and revenue) by as much as
700% by adding appropriate photo's in tables over the ads.
Publishers who have checked with Google have been told this
is not a violation of their terms of service (TOS). Their
TOS basically say that you can't tell people to click on the
ads. Read and confirm the TOS yourself before doing anything
that might jepordize your Google AdSense revene, but I thought
I'd share with forum visitors and blog readers how I've
implemented this tip.
If you check out http://InternetMarketingSeminarSchedule.com
you'll see that I have photos of frequent seminar speakers
in a table above my adsense ads. My thinking is that by
not captioning the photo's I make guessing the identities
more fun... and this will increase the stickiness of the
site. My assistant will eventually have dozens of different
photo's. Initial testing was with just a few.
This has DRAMATICALLY increased my clickthru rate incidentially
and will be implemented site wide.
In case you're wondering, advertisers do make great bids on
seminar-related terms... and so I do get nice payments from
this site :-)
Since I'm spilling my guts for your benefit, I might as well
share the rest of the revenue model from this site with you. I
don't want you to copy the site... but hopefully see other ways
that you can adapt what I've done.
This site tells visitors where to locate seminars, conferences,
tele-events, etc. Many of the links pointing to the events
ARE affiliate links :-)
I have links to a searchengine where visitors can book
travel, hotels, and rental cars at big discounts. I
do earn a commission on every booking from those links.
Go over and study this site. Practically everything on
the site is monetized... but also provides a genuine
service.
Feel free to share this note with YOUR ezine subscribers
and site visitors. They'll appreciate the truely helpful
tip... you'll put money in their pockets. Also, feel
free to link to the site :-)
At your service,
Willie Crawford
Back Issues Of My Ezine - Read Them Here!
Many new subscribers to my ezine have asked where they can read back issues of my ezine. I've been publishing since 1997 incidentially, although many of those issues are on a computer hard-drive that's in storage.
I started publishing almost as soon as I came online. I fell in love with Jim Daniels' writing style and tried to imitate it. Eventually, I did develop my own writing sytle.
Anyway, many of my back issues are posted online. You can read issues written and posted between 2002 and 2005 here.Many of the more recent issues are in PDF so you can download them and read them later, or print them out easier and make notes on them. Feel free to download the PDF files and share them with your marketing friends.
Things You Already Know - But Aren't Doing
Things You Already Know - But Aren't Doing
Copyright 2005 by Willie Crawford
At a recent seminar, one of the attendees reminded me of
why most seasoned Internet marketers are not more successful.
This seminar attendee and I were sitting at a table in the
hotel's lounge with several other guests and speakers. He began
to enumerate all of the things that he had done the first NIGHT
of the seminar. He'd gone back to his room, and, in the middle
of the night, implemented three proven techniques that speakers
had shared on the first day.
I wanted to yell "YES!" He'd discovered the golden "keys to the
kingdom." He understood that nothing happens until you take
massive action. He was one of those rare individuals that
doesn't over-analyze but just DOES the things he understands he
needs to do.
As I sat there at the table, I wanted to grab the others, shake
them, and ask, "Why didn't you guys do the same thing last night?"
By the time you've been in Internet marketing for a year or so,
if you've studied everything you could get your hands on, you
"know" all that you need to know to be successful online. Then
it's just a matter of DOING it.
Here's a list of thing you probably already know but aren't
acting upon:
1) Follow-up Is The Key. We all know that most customers
won't buy on the first contact. You need to capture their
contact information and follow-up. Many Internet marketers
have this part down, BUT they stop after only 5-7 follow-ups.
You need to follow-up FOREVER. Make sure that you have
at-least 15-20 follow-up messages in your autoresponder
sequence. You need to be there when your prospect is ready to
buy. If they are no longer interested, they will unsubscribe.
2) Procrastination Kills Most Projects. You don't have to
do things perfectly the first time, you just need to get
started. You can always refine and revise things later.
Your perspective customers/subscribers/clients can't buy from
you until you present your offerings to them. Get over the
perfectionism, and get it "out there!" Get over your fear of
making mistakes by MAKING a few and seeing that it won't kill you.
In-fact, there's a very good chance that your mistakes won't even
be noticed :-)
3) Test And Track Everything. If you are not constantly
trying to improve your results, they won't improve. If you're
not tracking the results of what you're "testing" then you don't
know what's working. Don't just talk about testing and tracking
- do it. Then, stop doing the things that don't produce results
and keep doing those that do.
Amazingly, most people know that many things they're doing are not
producing the desired results, yet they keep doing them!
4) Practice Your Copywriting. It's the words on your webpages,
in your ezines, and in your emails, that sell. The only way to
get better at writing more convincing copy is to study what others
have written and practice. Over time, if you really practice, you
get better. Your nervous system becomes conditioned to write better
copy with much less effort.
Build a swipe file of proven, effective copy. Model and "rip-off"
elements from stuff in your swipe files. Get a huge head-start in
this area by grabbing Yanik Silver's complete copywriting course
at: http://www.ultimateonlinecopymanual.com
It's what I use - EVERYDAY!
5) FOCUS For Greater Results. Decide on an objective, lay out
the steps to reach that objective, and then force yourself to
ignore most other things. Learn to shut out distractions and take
projects through to completion. Stop worrying that you may miss
something. You're not likely to miss anything REALLY important.
If necessary, set aside specific times to read email, answer
the phones, even to walk the dog. During the times you've set
aside to get a given project done, just focus on that project,
and you'll get it done.
Also, force yourself to spend less time doing non-productive
things such as watching television, or reading questionable
opinions on discussion forums. When you do watch television,
study how they use marketing. When you do visit discussion
forums, look for commonly discussed problems that might suggest
a new product to you.
Repeatedly ask yourself during the day, "Am I just
procrastinating?" This will bring you back into focus.
Force yourself to do just the five things above (that you already
KNOW that you should be doing) and your results will shock you.
After you've actually made these five things HABITS then you can
focus on implementing other, new, more-productive habits. Form
the new habits one at a time, but start today. NO, start now!
A $139 Per Night Hotel Room For $50 Per Night
On my recent trip to Denver, I saved a bundle just by being "silly." When I got ready to make my hotel reservations, I did a little surfing around and saw that the average hotel room in Denver this time of the year is EXPENSIVE... like way above $100 and often $200 - $300 per night.
Just as an experiment, I went to Priceline.com and bid on a hotel room. I entered that I would be happy with a 2-star room. All I really cared about was a place to sleep and Internet access. I didn't necessarily need the marble tubs that were in the hotel where the conference was being held. I just needed high speed Internet and a place to sleep. I figured I'd be up late netoworking many nights anyway.
To make a long story short, I bid $50 per night, and had a hotel accept my bid. Not only that, but it was a higher class (3-star) hotel. It turned out to be a fairly nice hotel. When I looked at discount coupons in differenct places I discovered that even the advertised "special" price for this hotel was $139 per night, so I felt pretty proud of myself.
With Priceline.com, you do have to enter your credit card information and you are committed to accepting the room that they find for you if they find something in your price range. They go ahead and secure the room for you. That also worked out nicely. Checkout and checking was a snap. I just signed in and when I got ready to leave I just handed them then key, and they said I was cleared!
Something to think about before your next trip.
Now that I've made your travel MUCH more affordable, go find a seminar to attend at http://InternetMarketingSeminarSchedule.com
Blogging About Hurricanes
Since I live in the heart of hurricane country, I thought I'd blog
about it. So, I've created blogs for all of the named Hurricanes
of 2005.
Feel free to drop by any of these blogs and share your thoughts
or experiences on that particular hurricane. Here are the blogs
(some still need some work):
Hurricane Arlene
Hurricane Bret
Hurricane Cindy
Hurricane Dennis
Hurricane Emily
Hurricane Franklin
Hurricane Gert
Hurricane Harvey
Hurricane Irene
Hurricane Jose
Hurricane Katrina>
Hurricane Lee
Hurricane Maria
Hurricane Nate
Hurricane Ophelia
Hurricane Philippe
Hurricane Rita
Hurricane Stan
Hurricane Tammy
Hurricane vince
Hurricane Wilma
I'll share information, resources and experiences on these storms
as the season continues. I hope all of these blog eventually grow
in popularity.
There are three list of approved hurricane names that basically
rotates. New hurricane names are only created for particularly
nasty (unusual storms).
This also shows what a serial blogger can do to create discussion,
content and traffic to his sites. I expect many of these blogs
to eventually get fairly high page rank :-)
Finally Back From MegaSeminar In Denver
I flew back home from the MegaSeminar in Denver today. The airlines had a LOT of delays this weekend. At practically every airport I stopped at there were people complaining about having flights cancelled, etc. Not good...
While at the seminar, I actually implemented a few of the things that some of the other speakers taught. These things were that powerful. I actually went back to my hotel room in the middle of the night and made a few change... those that could be done fairly quickly.
In talking to one of the other attendees Sunday night over dinner, I discovered that he had also already gone and made changes to his websites. I was IMPRESSED.
At these seminars you get a LOT of great tips thrown at you. You don't need to remember it all and do it all. You just need to do a few things to improve your overall marketing mix... and results. Most people make a list of things they plan on doing, but for some reason they never implement them. That's why I consider it vital to actually start right at the seminar. That's a great habit for you to develop too :-)
Checking In From The Denver MegaSeminar
I was scheduled to fly to Denver late Friday afternoon but when I arrived at the airport, Delta told me that all flights scheduled through Atlanta had cancelled until the next day due to weather in Atlanta. They'd cancelled about 6 hours worth of flights!
The earliest they could reschedule me was for Saturday morning... a 5am flight. Since it's an hour drive from my house to the airport, if traffic is bad, that basically had me getting up at 3am. Due to a chain of events, I ended up not really going to sleep on Friday night.
On Saturday morning my flight went as scheduled, going through Atlanta enroute to Denver. I arrived in Denver about 2 hours before I was scheduled to speak. I went straigh to the seminar location and caught the tail-end of Lorrie Morgan-Ferrero's presentation. I was up NEXT but with a lunch break.
I spent the lunch break making sure my slides were ready and reviweing my presentation since my original intention was to get into Denver on Friday night and dry run the presentation several times during the night, working on timing (I had 45 minutes on the schedule and had never given that particular presentation before).
After lunch, I gave my presentation as scheduled, although as I got into the presentation I noticed that a few of my slides were out of place. I don't guess I looked close enough during the lunch break.
Still it went well and although I have absolutely no fear of pubic speaking, I was glad that it was over. I'm always more relaxed after I've given my presentation at one of these events.
Gary Ambrose, Dr. Mike Woo-Ming and Quentin Brown followed me. We also squeezed in a few hot seats.
Gary Ambrose gave a presentation that I was VERY impressed with. It was on how to increase/improve your email deliverability rates. I took a lot of notes and will be implementing some of these things as soon as I get back home.
The other speakers were great too.
Ken will be releasing the DVDs of the event shortly, and just Gary's presentation makes it worth getting... if you use what he taught!
We ended the eventing with dinner (from the buffet line) as we listened to a presentation honoring Corey Rudl.
After dinner, we networked and chatted until each person tired out and then we went our respective ways.
I had not yet checked into my hotel room, so I finally got checked in about 9:30 local.
Today was very busy and I took a lot of photos which I'll share with you as soon as I get a chance. Tomorrow will be a very busy day scheduled to go from 7:30am - 5:45pm.
Overall, I'd rate this one of the best seminar that I've attended. I got to chat with a lot of my subscribers as well as old friends such as Jonathan Mizel, Bob Silber and Marty Foley.
More later.
If you want to see what upcoming seminars there are that you might want to attend, check out Internet Marketing Seminar Schedule .com by clicking here.
Un-Sexy Marketing
Look at some of your favorite marketing sites... those
you've bookmarked because the writer of the ad
promised to teach you how to become successful.
"I'll show you how to increase the number of your opt-in
subscribers without paying for leads, using worthless free
services, ad swaps, etc."
"Get more traffic to your site quickly with my super duper
1-2-punch method that's easy enough for even my legally
blind, 91 year old grandmother to pull off!"
"Learn how to whip up sizzling ad copy that will increase
your sales and have visitors begging you for more!"
You read over these magic pages with drool sliding down
your chin, and excitement in your heart. You whisper
under your breath, "This is definitely the solution to boost
profit for my business!".
You download the material (or access the membership
site) and as soon as you get your burning eyeballs on the
product, you shout in anger, "This is a scam! I'm not
getting what I thought I was getting. I better get my
money back!".
(Maybe you're not all that dramatic and just quietly feel
like you keep seeing the same old information that's not
exactly for you...)
Sound familiar?
PEOPLE... these sales letters are *NOT* lying to you!
* You CAN increase your subscribers for free.
* You CAN get more traffic to your site quickly and easily.
* You CAN write copy that will greatly increase your sales.
Yes, You Can!
"But, but, but... those ebooks and courses say I have to:
write articles to show potential customers I really know
what I'm talking about... team up with other
webmasters... practice writing copy by rewriting an
already proven copy on paper by hand... put subscription
boxes and pop-ups on my sites... Conduct a split-test for
all my marketing material... research my market...
participate in forums..."
Why, you are absolutely correct!
It ain't sexy, is it?
That's because you were hoping that...
Revealed inside the product is the address to a secret
website where hundreds of thousands of people gather
and wait for you to find them so they can all subscribe to
your newsletter and make you a millionaire.
Or maybe someone will finally confess that those
"guaranteed hits" programs can really work, and the
traffic you get from them are really targeted to exactly
what you're selling, and there really is a place where you
can spend just $10 for a gazillionbillion "hits" that will
convert to a bazilliontrillion new customers anxious to
throw their life savings at you.
How about a magic word, number, or whatever else you
fantasized about... that you simply insert into your
existing site or copy, transforming it into a wild and
uncontrollable money machine without having to put any
effort into learning how to write...
Whoa there, hot stuff! Take a cold shower and come
back in 10 minutes.
Look through your hard drive and see just how many
marketing products you own. Have you read through
them all? Do you put into practice, split test, and fine-
tune all that they teach you?
How many articles have you written for the market you're
targeting? Are you testing different pay-per-click
techniques? Do you split test your web and sales copy?
Name 20 webmasters or online business owners you've
contacted to possibly team up with.
What inspired me to write this is an e-mail I received from
someone who asked to cancel his Internet Marketing
Support Network membership.
"Cancel my account and refund my money [$1]. I need
to make money ASAP, but, what you teach in there is
how to find and create products and instructions on how
to sell it on the Internet. That's not what I'm looking
for."
So, what were you looking for? To pay a buck and wake
up the next morning to find thousands of dollars in your
bank account just for being a member?
It's an inevitable fact. No matter what those sales letters
say, you must be prepared to sweat. It takes effort,
testing, persistence, perseverance and constant
improvement and fine-tuning to be successful.
No matter how boring a technique or strategy may seem,
give it a try. You won't find it so dull once you start
seeing the orders come in : )
I'm SO not sexy. I'll leave that to JLo and Ben.
Review Of James Martell's Affiliate Marketers Handbooks - 2005
Kellie Fowler reviews James Martell's recently "revisited" Affiliate Marketers Handbook - 2005 from her desk in Ontario, Canada.
Review by Kellie Fowler
A Comprehensive Review Of James Martell's "Revisited" Affiliate Marketers
Handbook - 2005
As
someone who regularly reviews written works, it is rare that I stumble across published
materials that I believe are truly well written and offer extreme value to the reader.
After reading James Martell’s Affiliate Marketers Handbook, this previously justified
view has changed, and so have I!
Martell’s Handbook is a must for anyone working to better
understand affiliate marketing
and even how the Internet works in general, making it as beneficial to the amateur
Internet entrepreneur as it is for the already successful Web-based businessperson.
What’s more, it is clear, concise and easy to understand, making it as refreshing
as it is valuable!
Without a doubt, this is the affiliate marketer’s guide you want if you are looking
for success in this field and for straight-talk that serves as a catalyst for a
quick, high ROI (Return on Investment).
Martell is a surprisingly good writer who sorts through all the hype and provides
readers with thoroughly explained tips, techniques and proven facts. And, because
he shares with readers exactly how he has used affiliate marketing to carve out
a very successful business and an enviable lifestyle, paired with the simple fact
that he continues to practice what he preaches in this handbook every day, provides
an up-to-date guide that enables anyone to achieve his high level of success, all
from the comfort of their own home, by using a computer that accesses the Internet
(and his handbook, of course).
In short, there is not a better resource to affiliate marketing available anywhere
(online or off) and there is not a more credible, reliable source in this field
than James Martell.
The handbook starts with a brief, interesting look at Martell and how he got
into affiliate marketing. Reading the introduction, you are sure to be impressed
with Martell’s insight and how he took what was in the beginning just a hunch, and
turned it into a very successful affiliate marketing business.
Martell has proven once gain to be ahead of the curve, relying on his past entrepreneurial
experiences and successes to lead him through what was once a confusing maze (at
least years ago when he first ventured into the great World Wide Web and affiliate
marketing). And, taking notes every step of the way, penning what worked and what
didn’t, he was able to take his five-year journey and develop a guide that is detailed
roadmap for anyone looking to navigate through this too-oft confusing field (which
took Martell six months to write, simply because his standards are so high and he
was committed to crafting a guide that is uniquely comprehensive and leaves no question
unanswered).
And, recognizing that technology continues
to evolve almost daily, Martell posts up-to-date changes and revisions to an easily-accessible
'Updates'
page that purchasers of the Affiliate Handbook can readily access, making sure everyone
who has read the handbook remains on top of the ever-climbing Martell information
curve and is equipped to utilize and make the most of every Web tool available.
If that’s not enough, as I read through
this training manual, I was pleasantly surprised to find that he also offers a unique
audio newsletter, appropriately entitled “James Martell’s Affiliate Buzz
every two weeks. Martell uses the Affiliate Buzz to deliver insightful 30-minute
conversations with associate Charles Johnston to discuss expanding the affiliate
marketing business and how to successfully publish revenue-generating websites,
proving that despite his unparalleled success, he remains accessible, hands-on and
committed to sharing information, further setting him and his work away from the
ever-growing pack.
In fact, the updated version of the Affiliate Marketers Handbook boasts two and
a half years of updates and reflects Martell’s commitment to sharing the same knowledge
that made him a success years ago, and the same knowledge that continues to make
him a success today (and undoubtedly well into the future)!
Almost 350 pages, Martell’s Affiliate Handbook is broken down into smart, well
thought out chapters that makes the material a dependable and extremely quick reference
guide for any topic or question the reader may need as he or she ventures down the
affiliate marketers path, even well after the initial read (or, as Martell says,
if and when you “get off track”).
Particularly interesting are the chapters
on keyword density, which detail, among many things, how to use
Wordtracker
software tracking tools. For, no matter how much I have read about these topics
in the past, I have come away confused or with more questions than I feel I can
ever have answered. With this handbook, this is not the case.
For instance, when Martell explains exactly how to develop a keyword list using Wordtracker, he includes everything; and I do mean EVERYTHING! As he says in the handbook, “ This was an eye opener for many who hadn’t realized this data was available – OR that there were so many different ways that people searched the Net. for the same thing.” And, he couldn’t be more right.
Of course, the original section that details Wordtracker information is still quite valuable for those who’ve never built a keyword list (even I understand it), but this previously published information has been added to and expanded upon in this revised edition. Now, it includes everything from details on the numerical totals (count), which represent a fractional amount and not a true count (or, in other words, each list shows the comparative results) to knowing that the actual amount doesn’t really matter (because, as Martell expertly points out, if any keyword was searched 6088 times, you can be sure it was ACTUALLY searched many times more! Simple enough, but who knew, right?
Knowing this, and the other pertinent information Martell shares in this book enables successful affiliate marketer wanta-bes to finally understand that the keyword list is the very backbone of a successful site, especially if the goal is to have the pages located and accessed through “natural search” (meaning surfers find your pages naturally in the FREE listings).
Considering this, did you know that, as a rule of thumb it should take about 5 to 10 hours to comprise a thoroughly researched keyword list? Probably not. Learning from Martell, widely considered the master of affiliate marketing, provides you insight into this area and many, many more. The result: a realistic plan to carving out your affiliate marketing success.
And, as he cautions, affiliate marketers need to remember their purpose if they desire such success. And, according to him, this purpose is simple: each keyword selected by you eventually becomes the Primary Keyword for a different page of your site. And search engines rank “pages” not sites. This said, a keyword list of 300 phrases becomes a website with 300 pages and each page has a shot at a ranking! This point is further emphasized in Martell’s audio report, entitled “Google Mastery,” that Martell prepared exclusively for readers of his handbook.
Martell’s Handbook even shows exactly how to develop keyword rich text and points you toward reputable, affordable authors in the event you (like most) experience writer’s block or just don’t have the time or know-how to regularly craft the necessary copy. And, he shares with readers one of his golden rules, which is to ensure site visitors are able to quickly and easily get the information they want/need, for this ensures an affiliate marketer’s success.
And, if you use Martell’s measuring stick of online success which is somewhere near 30,000 pages of online content, you’re sure to see that measuring up is going to take some time, but with the tools and know how he graciously shares in his manual, readers are sure to make promising protégés.
Take his notes on Keyword Density. As he shows us, his original formula still works. Even so, in this revised edition, he shares with readers new-found ways to increase his Google rankings by as much as 30% with some adjustment to the original formula. These new rules include: optimizing each page for keyword density by including “Primary and Tier-1 Secondary Keywords” in the following ways: Primary Keyword: use once in the headline and again, just once, in the first paragraph. Now, do not use this keyword again anywhere else on the page. For “Tier-1 Secondary Keywords: use once in the first or second paragraph, then nowhere else on the page.”
Martell follows this with proven solutions and use of keyword variations (individual words that are based on your Primary and Secondary Keywords) all written in a manner that translates into a thorough understanding, which lends itself to strong results.
Take Martell’s advice on a simple 300-word article. In his Affiliate Marketer’s Handbook, he explains that keywords should be used repeatedly in the following density: no less than 24 times; no more than 36 times. Martell advises to “extrapolate the above ratio on longer articles and to randomly included Tier-2 Secondary Keywords throughout the text in no particular density, but added only as they would naturally appear editorially. This is followed by very intuitive clarifications, advice and tips that further demonstrate why Martell remains a cut above the rest.
He also takes a look at the latest technology, including Google’s new “stemming” technology and makes even this cyber-jibber make perfectly good sense.
Martell’s Affiliate Marketer’s Handbook also boasts a wealth of information on website design, including buying website templates (complete with links to simple, effective templates designed specifically for affiliate marketers) from which you can easily and economically build from in a flash.
Martell de-myths Internal Linking (I previously thought this was some sort of inner-office dating service) and makes backlinking (which I though was something even less desirable than internal linking) as understandable as it is important in this highly specialized Web arena.
And speaking of Web arenas and cyberspace, I’d be remiss not to point out that Martell’s explanation and use of “Artificial Intelligence” is cosmic, to say the least!
As for site submission, the horrors once associated with this are a thing of the past, thanks to Martell’s documented trials and errors. He expertly (yes, again) explains how to submit each of your sites to all the major search engines through a fantastic service called SelfPromotion.com. Once submitted, the search engines will spider your sites automatically each month looking for additional content – a real bonus!
But to find out Martell’s even better way to submit, you’ll have to read his Affiliate Marketer’s handbook. However, I’ll go ahead and give you a clue. It includes leaving a certain box unchecked and the results this little step yields are remarkable!
Now, as you read the handbook, you’re sure to agree that Martell is as resourceful as he is smart. Unfortunately, most of us lack his intuitiveness and the sheer genius with which he approaches and breaks downs affiliate marketing. Fear not. Martell shares his best secrets for creating a more resourceful you and even shows you how to search for potential merchants at CJ.com. In fact, he walks you through this process step-by-step. And, as he says, “With the knowledge of how to do this you can now go to another commission network and get their ad copy (even though they might have different protocols), and do a Google search if you want other options; for instance, if you’d like to see if you could get a better commission with an independent merchant. Cha-ching!
About this time, Martell starts talking about “wiggle room,” something we all need more of. Anyway, he shares some of the best information available today on simplifying web design and understanding publishing tools, showing exactly what he deems “resourceful” and what he terms “wiggle room.”
Perhaps one of the highlights of the handbook is the section on Revenue Links, after all, this is the name of the game, right?
And while I could go on and on about the meat and potatoes of Martell’s Affiliate Marketer’s Handbook, suffice it to say it is a feast, one I will gorge on over and over again as I make my own way through each succulent course (and build each of my new sites), savouring every bite of the rich information, looking forward to the next tip or technique, mouth watering as I devour every chapter, every appendix, every workbook page, topped off with a dessert of the richest kind – luscious, sought-after updates and ongoing support information that rounds out one of the few truly perfect meals.
So pull up a chair and get ready for a life-changing experience. Trust me, your future never looked so good. And, if you don’t believe me, just ask your taste buds! You’ll be feeding them very well on the income you can make with Martell’s Affiliate Handbook, your own persistence and what I hope is a strong desire to succeed.
See you on the World Wide Web...
Checking In From The Middle Of Hurricane Dennis
With Hurricane Dennis estimated to be only 40 miles away, and forecast to track right across Navarre, where I'm at, I thought I'd blog about it. The Hurricane is forecast to hit in about an hour and winds are already bending over trees. The winds are currently at about 135mph. Hurricane Ivan rolled in at 140mph and knocked out utilities for over 2 weeks.
I'm surprised that we still have electricity!
Police and emergency services have all headed for cover and won't venture out until the winds drop below a sustained 55mph. Most local bridges including the one on Interstate 10 have been closed. Hurricane Ivan took out a section of Interstate 10 last year.
Anyway, I'll let you know what's happening later if I don't lose power!
Private Label Resale Rights You Should Check Out
Here's a nice set of products that I just got the private label resale rights to. Basically, with these products you get the basic product, a sales website, source code for the product and everything you need to have several of your own products.
With this product you get the source code to the product (in MS Word if it's ebooks) and also editable graphics. You should modify these products to make them your own (put your own name or brand on). You get instructions on how to modify the graphics, etc.
This is a very good package and I plan on marketing all of the items in it.... some as stand alone products, others packaged with related products. Properly marketed, you should be able to do very well with these products.
Check them out here.
Confession Of A Network Marketing FAILURE!
Confession of A Network Marketing FAILURE!
Copyright 2005 by Willie Crawford
When I first noticed network marketing, or multi-level
marketing (MLM), I ignored it. That's because I considered
myself an "Internet marketer" and Internet marketers
seemed to view network marketing as beneath them. They
seemed to view Internet marketing as more honorable.
So, I spent many years as an Internet marketer, not
taking a serious look at network marketing. When a close
friend, whose judgement I trusted, got me to take a serious
look at a network marketing business he was in, I was
shocked. It was a very powerful business model, offered
a great product, and I was sold. Things really took off
for me!
Within 3 months of getting involved in network marketing
with this company... with a very good product, an excellent
compensation plan, and great training, I was the number
ONE recruiter in the entire company.
How did I do so well so fast? I used the skills I had
learned as an Internet marketer to become a recruiting
machine. You see, I'm a pretty good copywriter, an
excellent salesperson, and understand marketing. So I
just broke out my Internet marketing big guns. I did
the things I'd learned over a 7-year period in Internet
marketing, and that made me unstoppable.
Despite all that, I FAILED miserably. I say that because
my downline members weren't doing nearly as well as I
was. Yes, they had access to the same tools and training
that I did. I even gave them permission to use the tools
I created (articles, funnel websites, etc.). However,
they weren't as effective as I was and it's because my
unique experiences in Internet marketing was something I
couldn't transfer to them.
Two mentors had to "whack me up side the head" to get me
to see what I was doing wrong. One mentor had built a
downline of 274,000. He said, "You can't be a big success
in this industry, unless what you do is duplicable by
everyone in your downline." Another mentor, earning over
$80,000 per month in residual income, pointed out that
my personal statistics don't matter. What matters is
the statistics of those I recruit. How fast are they
building their organizations.
Mentors like these, and my upline, taught me that the secret
to network marketing success is building an organization
of people who are building their organizations. You have
to use leverage and duplication!
Once this sank in, and I began doing that, I was back on
the road to becoming one of the top network marketers in
the entire country. It's only a matter of time :-)
A few other lessons that I learned the hard way...
1) You need a product that it's easy for people to
understand and see the need for. Products that people
are already consuming are ideal.
2) You need a well-written website that immediately
explains both the product and the income opportunity.
Websites that explain things in a roundabout way will
lose most of your visitors. They simply won't stick
around trying to figure out what the site is all about.
3) You need a product that isn't readily available in
the local stores for a comparable price.
4) You need to actually interview potential downline
members. Treat it like you're hiring someone in a
regular job, and don't act out of desperation... Don't
"hire" everyone that expresses an interest. Find
out why the person wants to be in the business and
only recruit those with strong motivation. Discover
their "reason why" and use that to assess whether or
not you should spend time working with this person as
a part of your organization.
5) You don't really need a huge downline. You just need
a handful of producers who then go out and find other
producers. If you are a recruiting machine, as I first
was, you'll sign up too many people who just aren't willing
to do the work.
6) Don't tell people that it's "easy." Instead, let
them know that if they want real success, they will have
to put in the work. Show them that others are very
As a network marketer, it's critical that you not only
learn from your company and upline, but that you also
learn from other network marketers. Read the books,
listen to the tapes, and subscribe to the newsletters.
Learn as much as you can about the industry. This will
save you from making many costly mistakes. It will
keep you from having to fail before getting on the path
this industry, and are all too happy to teach you.
The Most Powerful Internet Marketing Tool!
The Most Powerful Internet Marketing Tool!
Copyright 2005 by Willie Crawford
In my nine years of selling goods and services
over the Internet, ONE technique has outperformed
all others. It's brought me more search engine
traffic. It's brought me more direct sales. It's
brought me more referrals and consulting clients.
It's built my credibility to an unshakable level.
What is this amazingly powerful technique?
I write short ezine articles and submit them to
ezines and online article directories. That's it!
I spend as little as 30 minutes writing an article,
then I submit it to appropriate places using article
submission services or article submission software
such as Article Announcer. Article announcer allows
me to automatically submit my articles to hundreds
of ezines and directories in the blink of an eye. It's
at: http://WillieCrawford.com/article-announcer.html
All article I write goes out with permission for
people to use them in their ezines, ebooks, printed
book, or on their websites. Yes, people have actually
used some of my articles in their PRINTED books.
Usually within a day of submitting an article I've
gotten dozens of emails from ezine publishers telling
me that they will be publishing my article. Within
hours of submitting an article I've gotten dozens of
emails from online article directories telling me
that my article is already online.
Within a day or so of submitting an article, I've
also gotten several Google Alerts showing me that
the URLs I'm promoting through the article has been
discovered on dozens of other websites. Google
Alerts are a free service offered by Google where
you can request you be notified when a certain term
is discovered in a new place on the web. I use it
to track my name and certain other terms. It's a
way of keeping track of what's being said about you.
You can read all about and set up Google Alerts here:
http://www.google.com/alerts
Why is writing articles so powerful? There are
several reasons...
1) The search engines love content. Well-written
articles with links to your websites or products
will eventually generate THOUSANDS of links pointing back
to you. People do follow these links back to your site,
and these links do increase your search engine rankings.
It's the perfect way to get even high-ranking sites to
give you a free one-way link.
It's also the perfect way to add content to your own
sites and inter-link sites in a way that the search
engines approve of. In case you didn't know it, Google
(and probably other search engines) have hordes of human
reviewers who actually visit sites found in their search
results. When they see sites using questionable
techniques, they downgrade the site or remove it from
their database entirely.
2) If your articles are well-written and provide the
readers with genuine value, they build your credibility.
Since your articles show that you really know your
topic, and since they share valuable information, your
readers arrive at your site already "sold" on you.
If you write articles in the problem/solution format,
they will do a great job of selling your products.
This is a very simple formula. You just spend a few
paragraphs explaining a problem your reader has and
wants to solve. Then you show them the perfect solution
... your product or service. Naturally, your product
or service must really solve the problem... and it
should do it better than alternative solutions.
3) When an ezine publisher uses your articles, they
are indirectly endorsing you to their readers. They
are saying, "Here's someone you should listen to."
This is very powerful. Having an ezine publisher
run one of your articles will produce several times
more orders than running an ad in the same ezine
would. It's free advertising, often in places where
you couldn't otherwise afford to buy advertising.
Ok, I know what you're thinking. You're saying I
"believe" that writing articles and letting others
publish them sounds like a great idea. However, I'm
not a great writer.
You don't have to be a great writer. In-fact, you don't
even have to write your own articles. I write my own
because I enjoy writing. I have time set aside in my
schedule each morning just for writing. If I didn't
want to write articles I could simply have them ghost
written.
You can find people all over the Internet who enjoy
writing and will research and write articles on any
topic you can think of!
There are also writers who've already written
articles that they will give you editorial rights to.
Editorial rights simply means that you get the right
to modify the articles any way that you want to and
then publish them over your own name. Just by doing
a little editing... or simply publishing the unmodified
articles over your name, you become a published author.
This is a great, and incredibly inexpensive, way to get
dozens or even hundreds of articles all over cyberspace
... spreading your name, your product's name, and your
URL. One package that I recently saw offered 15 very
well-written articles for under $100. On top of that,
the package came with a bonus of 198 other articles.
That's 213 of "your own articles" for under $100.
Grab a package like this, spend 5-10 minutes editing
the articles... as desired, and you're in business.
You can check out the package described above at:
http://WillieCrawford.com/instant-author.html
With it being so easy to use this powerful tool, it
really is something every online marketer should be doing.
Compared to other methods of generating business, it's
very cost effective. A good article, published on numerous
websites, can also generate traffic for you for YEARS.
If you haven't started writing ezine articles, start
today. If you can't write quality articles, get
someone else to do it for you.
Do This Today!
Jay Abraham has a great new coaching club that has really taken off. While I know that it's a good deal, I'm telling you about it because I want you to profit from promoting the club... as an affiliate.
Check out his program by clicking here.
At the very bottom of the page, click on the link to become a partner. You have to fill in an application, and then you'll be notified when accepted. You'll earn a monthly residual income of up to $132 per referral. This can really add up fast.
Don't delay. I'm not sure how many more affiliates they will be accepting.
When Is A Market Saturated?
Is Your Market Already Saturated?
Copyright 2005 by Willie Crawford
I recently offered my ezine subscribers a free gift easily
worth over four hundred dollars. It was the free master
resale rights to 106 niche products (mostly PDF ebooks).
Some of these are products I'm actually selling from some
of my websites (or offering as bonuses with other products).
Several subscribers emailed to say that they'd seen some of
these products for sale on Ebay or other places. They
questioned the value of the free gift I offered, and wondered
if the market for these products is already saturated.
At Gary Halbert's recent Fusion Seminar, I brought up the
issue of market saturation. Mark Joyner, Michel Fortin, Gary
Halbert, and John Carlton - all world-class copywriters - were
quick to point out that market saturation is rare. It's all a
matter of how you define your market. Mark pointed out to me
that the segment of the market I was targeting was a TINY
fraction of my potential market.
Whether or not your market is saturated does depend upon how
you define your market. It also depends upon how you define your
product.
When Henry Ford first mass-produced the Model-T, he offered it
to the railroads. Viewing themselves as in the railroad business
rather than the transportation business, they weren't interested
in his vehicles. Now, many of those railroads are out of
business, and many times more goods and services are moved by
truck in the U.S. than by rail. If some of the railroad owners
had defined their markets differently, they could be
transportation tycoons now... or perhaps dominate the trucking
industry.
Back to the simple niche ebooks that I offered my subscribers as
a free gift. Take a minute to check them out now at:
http://WillieCrawford.com/free-niche-gift.html
I took many of these very same ebooks, packaged them as a bonus
with my own cookbook, and watched sales increase by as much as
$1400 in a single day. You can see how I bundled those ebooks
with my pre-existing product here:
http://www.chitterlings.com/cookbook.html
I took some of these very SAME niche ebooks and bundled them with
another product. At the same time I tripled the price on that
product. Sales increased 62%. You can see how I bundled these
same ebooks here: http://WriteACookbook.com
With the above 2 examples you can see that it's all about how you
"PACKAGE" or present an item rather than how many others are
offering it.
It's all about how you define your market and what segment of the
market you choose to compete in. For example, I refuse to market
most of my goods and services where you are competing on the
basis of price. Ebay shoppers are looking for a bargain. Instead
of offering the ebooks for a dollar or less, as many Ebay sellers
do, I bundled then with something I was selling for $19.97, and
then RAISED my price to $67.
Competing on the basis of price, with any product, is generally a
losing proposition. You have to sell a lot more of the item to
make the same amount of money. Since you have to deal with more
customers when you're competing on the basis of price, you'll
also have more customer service issues. Therefore, you generally
end up earning less per hour. Do you really want to do that?
To answer the question, "Is Your Market Already Saturated?" ...
your answer will always be no if you market properly. Define
your market, and package your product so that it is UNIQUE. Then
you won't really have any direct competitors. It's ALL about how
you package the product. It's all about how you present the item.
Now that you have the proper mindset, you should be able to take
any of your products that have just been "collecting dust,"
repackage them, or revise your web copy and sell them like
hotcakes. It just takes a little brainstorming, but I've just
showed you how easy it can be.
Does Google Find Your Affiliate Site "Offensive?"
Phil Wiley ran an article recently pointing out some of Googles' guidelines for its army of human reviewers who "quality control" Google's search results by physically visiting countless sites.
They have a document which tells them what to look for in a quality site, and they are taught to downgrade sites throw together just to generate income from affiliate programs!
The 97/3 Rule and The Worse Internet Marketing Strategy Ever!
This article points out a very common mistake made by
the majority of Internet marketers, one that wastes a
lot of their time and that of people that they contact
seeking joint ventures, etc.....
The Worst Internet Marketing Strategy Ever?
Many people are downright frustrated.
And when you look at their internet marketing strategy,
it's no surprise.
Yet, they all fall into a classic trap that can ruin your
chances of online success before you even get off the
ground.
Have you heard about the ultimate short-cut to success?
Ultimate short-cut? That's right.
Many are led to believe that this is the holy grail of
marketing online.
But, if this is your idea of a perfect internet marketing
strategy, think again.
Here's how it works...
It's easy. Create a crappy product and contact every 'sap'
who has an opt-in list of 40,000 subscribers or a website
that gets a few hundred hits a day. Then ask them all to
promote your stuff.
Works like a charm, doesn't it?
If you've ever been on the other end of the inbox, you
know how annoying this can be.
Some person who sends you 12 emails out of the blue,
asking (begging) you to endorse his/her product.
For example, I recently received a similar email from
someone asking me to promote an MLM product to my
subscribers and customers.
First off, the email was clearly a cut-and-paste job. It
might have started with "Dear Jason", but the rest was a
boiler plate email.
A big no-no when trying to get someone's attention and win
them over.
And what about the product?
For all I know, the product might have been white hot.
But, MLM is the furthest thing from my subscribers minds.
Not all of them, but I'll bet at least 90% of them.
The problem here?
One word: targeting
My subscribers and customers are not the ideal target
market for this particular product. If I start promoting
MLM, I might as well squeeze in a "how to pick a winning
stock" mailing as well.
Unfortunately, you will also see this "spray-and-pray"
internet marketing strategy in other areas.
Let me give you an example.
Have you ever received an article on a topic that was no
where near what you (or your subscribers/customers) are
interest in?
Or, have you ever been asked to review a product that was
about "snake breeding" or something way off in left field?
Have you ever received an email asking you to buy a drug
that you have absolutely no use for?
The same rule applies: targeting
My advise? To really nail down your internet marketing
strategy and hit the pavement running, here's a shortlist
of things to consider.
>>> Hand Pick Your Partners Wisely
Notice I said "hand pick". Choose a few partners that you
feel would be ideal candidates. Learn a bit about them and
their business BEFORE you contact them.
>>> Get Personal
When you finally decide to contact a potential partner,
personalize your contact with them. Add a comment about
how you like their website or ezine. Maybe you are a
customer who enjoyed their product.
Be sincere and it will shine through.
>>> Think W.T.G.T.D.W.M.?
People are busy, overloaded, overworked. When you send out
an email looking for people to publish your article,
review your new ebook, or promote your product, you need
to think W.T.G.T.D.W.M.?
W.T.G.T.D.W.M. = What's This Got To Do With Me?
Once again, if you are targeting the right partners and
choosing them wisely, this question should be self-
answered by the person who are contacting.
For example,
"Hi Andy. I am contacting you today because you are among
the top snake breeders in America."
If your article, product, joint venture is related to
snake breeding, you are half way to the finish line
already.
>>> The 80/20 Rule Is A Lie
Ever heard of this rule? 20% of people produce 80% of the
results? Online, this is more like the 97/3 rule. If you
are looking for joint venture partners online, 97% of
people will do nothing to help you. Sure, they might seem
interested at first. But, when it comes time to "play
ball", they will suddenly drop off the earth.
Your goal? Stop wasting time marketing to "everyone". Find
the 3% who will work with you to accomplish your goals and
make things happen.
Tip: If you are focusing on a highly targeted market,
this will happen much easier.
>>> Know When To Back Off
So, you've sent two emails with no reply. Is it time to
call it quits? Not always. Some people are genuinely on
information overload and won't get back to you for several
days (if not a week). Why not pick up the phone, make one
last attempt and contact them by phone? If they fail to
return your email or voicemail, perhaps it's time to move
on (see 97/3 rule above).
Remember, the name of the game is targeting. When putting
together your internet marketing strategy, pick your
partners wisely -- aim to find that golden 3% as quickly
as possible.
Take your time and get this part right from day one. It
makes all the difference in the world when you are sending
people something that is of real interest to them.
If it appeals to them, they will pay attention, and the
boost in response you receive will speak for itself.
How To Avoid Being Banned By The Search Engines
I just finished reading a report that opened
with the headline:
“Before The End Of 2005:
Thousands Of More Websites Will
Vanish From The Search Engines…
Their Traffic Will Plummet… More
Lawsuits Will Be Served… And
Entire Businesses (And Incomes)
Will Literally Sink Overnight…”
The report went on to prove why all of these
predictions are VERY accurate. A lot of it
had to do with people using improper search
engine tactics, and the fact that the
search engines are taking drastic steps to
stop the search engine spamming.
The 18 page report is a good read and contains
lots of great tips on how you can protect your
websites. You can download at copy from:
Proof On The Power Of Using Articles
A note recently shared with my subscribers
If you are like 99% of other online marketers today, you
want one thing...
More traffic -- LOADS of traffic.
And if you can get this traffic without paying for it,
even better.
I just listened to a short audio interview that really
opened my eyes to something that was sitting here the
whole time.
I'll give you the audio link in just a second...
During this interview, I heard from an "average guy" who
released an ebook, gave up "optimizing" his website...
stopped paying for pay-per-click advertising a few weeks
later... and as a result, his sales conversion shot up to
a healthy 3.5%, and he is making MORE moolah than ever
before!
.... within 0-60 days, he is spending ZERO on advertising,
doing no SEO stuff, yet making enough each month to easily
cover his car payment plus a couple of nice dinners out
with his wife.
... How did he do it?
Here's the link to the interview. Just look under the
"June 20th" post and you can listen to the MP3 audio
interview.
It will only take a few minutes. Go check it out now:
Internet Marketing Myths!
In today's issue of my ezine, I published an article by my friend jl Scott, on Internet Marketing Myths.
There are a lot of myths spread intentionally and unintentionally that, if you are not aware of them, can torpedo your chances of online success. So I ran this article to get my readers thinking about the topic.
Check out the issue by clicking here, then feel free to discuss the issue on my discussion board.
One myth that we all bring on ourselves is the myth of just how easy it is to build a massively successful online business. We all read the testimonials about how well some people did and so we think we can all easily accomplish the same. FTC rules force many copywriters to include disclaimers pointing out that these results are often "not typical." However, there is a portion of all of us that wants to believe that we can do it too, so we ignore the disclaimers completely. We can all do it too, but most never will... that's a sad fact.
Another fact that we all tend to ignore is the importance of cultivating relationships in order to have massive success online... especially in the Internet marketing arena. We read about people like John Reese or Frank Kern selling hundreds or thousands or even millions of dollars worth of products in HOURS. What most ignore when reading about such accomplishments is all of the time spent building realationships with joint venture partners (list owners) in order to make such accomplishments practical.
We also often read of legendary online marketers selling hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of product in hours or days,and completely ignore the fact that their lists were often told to be on the lookout for a certain offer. So it appears that these marketers can just send an off-the-cuff offer to their lists, and get these types of results. The fact is that these marketers spent YEARS cultivating relationships with their lists and that's what made this type of response possible.
Just a few seeds for thought and discussion. Just keep it clean... no disparaging any particular person's character! That only opens you up to lawsuits :-)
IMC Sale Honoring Corey Rudl And Contributing To Charity
Here are details on the sale....
A colleague of mine, Corey Rudl, recently passed away, and
I was hoping you might help me honor his memory...
In exchange for your support, you will get a FREE copy
of Corey's "Ultimate Seminar Videos"(a set of 3 DVDs).
You may have already heard the news about Corey Rudl -- it's
been in the news, in the papers, on TV... and, of course, all
over the Internet.
Corey tragically passed away on June 2nd in a car-racing
accident in California. (His close friend and colleague,
Derek Gehl, has put up a memorial page on Corey's web site
at http://www.marketingtips.com where you can read more
details.)
Anyway -- Corey was pretty much the KING of Internet marketing.
He'd generated over $40 Million in online sales... His web
sites get over 1.8 Million visitors per month... He was a
world-class speaker... I could go on and on.
But I think what makes Corey really unique is that he helped
literally THOUSANDS of people change their lives forever by
starting profitable Internet businesses of their very own...
... including me. I did so well using his teachings that he
mentions me and things I do several times in the 2005 version
of his course :-)
I considered Corey to be one of my mentors.
So I have really felt this loss on a personal level -- as have
so many others.
(To give you some idea, Corey's staff received over 16,000
e-mails and over 1,000 phone calls of support and condolence
in the week following his passing. And you should SEE all
the memorial web sites that have been put up in his memory!)
That's why, when I heard the news I'm about to share with you,
I was really pleased, and knew I wanted to spread the word
right away...
You see, Derek Gehl, Corey's close friend and right-hand man
(and now CEO of Corey's company) has been spending a lot of
time thinking about how to best celebrate Corey's life and
work before he starts moving the company forward again.
And here's what he's come up with...
Until Saturday, July 15th at midnight, he's going to donate
$50.00 from every purchase of Corey's #1 best-selling Internet
marketing course, just updated and released in May for 2005,
to a special charity that helps young people from low-income
families improve their business, academic, and life skills
(The National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship
-- http://www.nfte.com).
And as "thanks" for contributing, he's not only going to
give everyone the entire $1,213.00 worth of FREE bonus gifts
that Corey originally promised with this new course, he's ALSO
going to throw in a FREE copy of Corey's "Ultimate Seminar
Videos" with every purchase (a $97 value, but yours at
absolutely no cost).
I *really* want to encourage you to take part in this special
tribute...
Not only will the course help you dramatically increase your
Internet income (or finally START that Internet business
you keep talking about) -- using the SAME strategies
Corey personally used to make over $40 Million in online
sales...
...You'll also help raise money for a special charity that
I know Corey would have been really excited about.
Plus, I really want you to have the "Ultimate Seminar Videos."
They're one of the first things I got from Corey -- and they
totally opened my eyes to the possibilities for my online
business -- and my life.
So if you'd like a "Tribute Edition" of Corey's "Insider
Secrets -- Version 2005," please visit:
http://www.marketingtips.com/limitededition/t/25861
... And remember, you'll get a FREE copy of Corey's
"Ultimate Seminar Videos," and Derek will donate $50.00 of
the purchase price to the National Foundation for Teaching
Entrepreneurship.
I hope you enjoy the course and free DVDs... And thanks --
this would mean a lot to Corey. I had a lot of respect for
the guy.
P.S. As part of this special tribute, Derek has left this
web page almost EXACTLY as Corey wrote it in May, just before
he passed away... He's just added a bit of text about the
charity you'll be helping and the free DVDs you'll be
getting as "thanks" for your support.
Check it out at:
