You
agree that this is a binding contract between Willie
Crawford Incorporated, its successors or assigns
(collectively, the "Company") and you.
Florida law shall apply, without regard to its
conflict of laws principles. You further agree to
abide by all the terms stated below.
Under
this Digital Reprint Rights License Agreement
("Agreement"), the Company grants you
("you" or "Licensee") a
non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license
("License") to the digital reprint rights
only for the Digital Recordings and Digital Book
(Transcripts) ("eBook") described
below.
The
term "digital reprint rights" means that
you may not sell the digital rights to these
recordings and eBook, but you may sell copies of the
recordings and eBook based on your possession of a
digital copy of the recordings and eBook, which is
available on the download page. This License does not
includes the right to repackage and sell the
recordings and eBook in their physical or hardcopy
form. You may not resell the right to resell
the digital recordings or eBook in any form.

THE REPRINT RIGHTS DESCRIBED IN THIS LICENSE
AGREEMENT ARE BEING PURCHASED FOR THE ONE-TIME,
NON-REFUNDABLE REPRINT LICENSE FEE LISTED ABOVE FOR
EACH PRODUCT. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY OR
GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND WITH REGARD TO THE RECORDINGS
OR EBOOK.
2.
In all sales of digital reprints, you will include
the copyright notices for both the recordings and
eBook as provided in this download.
3.
You may not make any modifications or alternations to
the recordings or eBook, you may offer the products
only in their original, "as is"
edition.
4.
You may sell the recordings and eBook at any retail
price and even give them away as an incentive or
bonus. As long as you are not in breach of this
Agreement, you may retain all revenue from sales of
the digital reprints of the recordings and
eBook.
5.
You acknowledge and agree that you do not have any
right, license or title to the master reprint rights
of these recordings or eBook, meaning that you may
not sell reprint rights for these recordings or
eBook.
6.
You acknowledge and agree that this License does not
include any support services.
By
placing an order for this product you acknowledge
that you have read and you have accepted the terms of
this Agreement. You will be emailed access to the
download page to download your copy of the recordings
and eBook transcripts as soon as they are produced.
Please download these to your computer. If you choose
to market these products download will then be from
your server.
